Diese Muffe 32 ist mit einem im unteren Teil der Einsatzleiste 2 angeordneten Flansch 34 verbunden, welcher mit einem sich an der Unterseite der Einsatzleiste 2 in einer Nut erstreckenden Pneumatikschlauch 36 in Verbindung steht. Die Muffe 32 mit den Dichtringen 33 dient dabei als luftdichte Schnellverbindung gegenüber dem Flansch 34. Der Pneumatikschlauch 36 (Fig. 2) steht über den Formzylinder 1 über bekannte Lufzufuhrsysteme, z. B. eine bekannte Dreheinführung nach DE 39 43 119 C1 über einen Achszapfen des Formzylinders 1, sowie über ein nicht dargestelltes Ventil in Verbindung. Die Befestigungsleiste 31 ist mittels Schrauben 37 im Unterteil der Einsatzleiste 2 befestigt. Das Anschlußrohr 29 kann mittels einer Mutter 38 im Schlauch 26 befestigt sein. Der Flansch 34 kann mittels einer Schraube 39 im Unterteil der Einsatzleiste 2 befestigt sein. Im Ruhezustand nehmen die Spannleisten 11, 12 die in Fig. 4 dargestellte Position ein. In dieser Position wird die Druckplatte 6 mit ihrem abgewinkelten Ende an der Einhängekante 3 eingehängt (Fig. 5). Zum Spannen bzw. zum Abnehmen der Druckplatte wird der Schlauch 26 (Pfeilrichtung B in Fig. 5) mit Druckluft gefüllt, etwa 6 bis 8 bar. Bedingt durch die Druckkraft werden die Spannleisten 11, 12 entgegen dem Vorspannmoment der Drehstabfedern 14, 16 geschwenkt, so daß das abgewinkelte Ende der Druckplatte 7, wie in Fig. 5 dargestellt, frei auf dem zweiten Ende 21 der Spannleiste 12 aufliegt. In dieser Position der Spannleisten 11, 12 kann entweder die Druckplatte abgenommen oder durch Entlüftung des Schlauches 26 über ein Ventil gespannt werden. Claims (5)

  1. A device for clamping flexible printing plates on a form cylinder of a rotary printing machine, having grooves, running parallel to the axis in the outer surface of the form cylinder, in which tensioning strips (11, 12) are arranged, which tensioning strips are pivotally arranged in an insert strip having an approximately U-shaped profile and may be pre-tensioned towards one another by spring force, characterized in that the insert strips (2) are provided with a hanging edge (3; 4) in each case at their free ends, and in that for moving the tensioning strips (11, 12) away from each other a hose (26) which may be acted upon by a pressurized medium is provided therebetween.
  2. A device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the tensioning strips (11; 12) may be moved away from each other manually, by means of a tool (24).
  3. A device according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that, as seen in profile, the tensioning strip (11, 12) comprises in each case a one-armed lever which is pivotally mounted by its first end (17, 18) on a bearing block (8, 9), and in that the tensioning strip (11, 12) is constructed to be claw-shaped at its second end (19, 21) for reaching behind a bent-off edge of the printing plate (6, 7).
  4. A device according to Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the tensioning strip (11, 12) is pre-tensioned by means of a torsion spring (14, 16) clamped with force fit and form fit in the bearing blocks (8, 9).
  5. A device according to Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that tensioning levers (22, 23) provided with a means for receiving a tool (24) are mounted at the ends of the tensioning strips (11, 12).
