Claims (13)
- Dispositif de déplacement pour l'ajustage d'un tiroir, d'une rallonge ou analogue monté sur rails, composé d'un corps de base (6) pouvant être fixé sur le rail (1) ou le tiroir (2), la rallonge ou analogue, et d'une partie de manoeuvre (7) mobile à la manière d'une charnière par rapport au corps de base (6), comportant une pièce formant cale (8) qui est mobile à des fins d'ajustage entre le rail d'une part et le tiroir, la rallonge ou analogue d'autre part, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (6), la partie de manoeuvre (7) et la pièce formant cale (8) sont fabriqués d'un seul tenant en matière synthétique, en ce que la zone de charnière (9) est formée par un amincissement de matière à la manière d'une charnière film, en ce que l'axe de charnière est parallèle au plan de fixation du corps de base (6), et en ce que la pièce formant cale (8) s'étend sensiblement perpendiculairement à l'axe de charnière et ainsi, également, à la partie de manoeuvre (7).
- Dispositif de deplacement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant sale (8) est munie, au moins d'un côte, de protubérances (10), de renfoncements ou de rugosités.
- Dispositif de deplacement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (6), la partie de manoeuvre (7) et la pièce formant cale (8) sont rapportés d'un seul tenant sur un dispositif d'encliquetage (14) connu en soi pour établir une liaison entre un rail (1) et un tiroir (2), une rallonge ou analogue.
- Dispositif de déplacement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'à distance de la partie de manoeuvre (7), ii est prévu un arceau de protection (15) destiné à éviter une manoeuvre non intentionnelle, cet arceau de protection (15) étant rapporté d'un seul tenant sur le dispositif d'encliquetage (14).
- Dispositif de déplacement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant cale (8) est munie sur sa face frontale libre (11) de plusieurs saillies d'encliquetage (12), auxquelles est associé un cliquet (13) sur le corps de base (6).
- Dispositif de déplacement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, sur les surfaces en vis-à-vis de la partie de manoeuvre (7) et du corps de base (6) sont prévus des moyens de guidage (18, 20) qui se correspondent mutuellement lorsque la partie de manoeuvre (7) - au cours d'un réglage - est rapprochée du corps de base (6).
- Dispositif de déplacement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage se correspondant mutuellement sont constitués, d'une part, d'une nervure (18) formée sur le corps de base (6) et, d'autre part, d'une ouverture de guidage (20) rapportée sur la partie de manoeuvre (7).
- Dispositif de déplacement selon la revendication 6 et/ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la nervure (18) s'étend approximativement parallèlement à la pente de la surface de la pièce formant cale (8) qui est munie de protubérances (10) en dents de scie.
- Dispositif de déplacement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la nervure (18) est formée sur une paroi (17) s'étendant en arc de cercle -par rapport à l'axe de charnière (9)-.
- Dispositif de déplacement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé, à l'extrémité libre des moyens de guidage (18), un nez (19) qui, en coopération avec un bord d'arrêt (21) de la partie de manoeuvre (7), limite la course d'ouverture entre corps de base (6) et partie de manoeuvre (7).
- Dispositif de déplacement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage sont constitués d'un tenon/ergot formé sur le corps de base (6), d'une part, et d'une ouverture de guidage prévue sur la partie de manoeuvre, d'autre part.
- Dispositif de déplacement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le tenon/ergot est incliné de telle manière qu'il s'étend approximativement parallèlement à la pente de la surface de la pièce formant cale (8) qui est munie de protubérances (10) en dents de scie.
- Dispositif de déplacement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le tenon/ergot porte à son extrémité libre un nez/épaississement qui, en coopération avec une ouverture de guidage, limite la course d'ouverture entre corps de base (6) et partie de manoeuvre (7).
