Abstract
Claims (5)
- Interrupteur multipolaire à vide (1) comportant un tube interrupteur à vide (10) ayant un poussoir d'entraînement (12) mobile en ligne droite, pour chaque pôle et une unité d'entraînement de pôle (5) associée à chaque tube interrupteur à vide (10), un dispositif à leviers pour envoyer la force d'entraînement mise à disposition par un dispositif d'entraînement (3) commun à tous les pôles au poussoir d'entraînement (12) et un ressort (32) produisant la force de contact et qui est disposé à peu près parallèlement à la direction de déplacement du poussoir d'entraînement (12), ainsi qu'un boîtier (16) d'appui du dispositif à leviers et du ressort (32) produisant la force de contact, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif à leviers comprend deux leviers à genouillère (21,22), dont l'un (21) est articulé au poussoir d'entraînement (12) du tube interrupteur à vide (10) et dont l'autre (22) est articulé à un levier d'appui (25), qui, par l'une de ses extrémités, est monté basculant sur le boîtier (16) et est relié, par son autre extrémité, au ressort (32) produisant la force de contact et prend, dans sa position de repos, une position qui s'étend approximativement perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement du poussoir d'entraînement (12), tandis que les leviers à genouillère (21,22) se trouvent, lorsque l'interrupteur à vide (1) est dans la position de fonctionnement, près de leur position déployée.
- Interrupteur à vide selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le levier à genouillère (22), qui est relié au levier d'appui (25), se prolonge au-delà d'un axe d'articulation à genouillère (23), qui relie les leviers à genouillère (21,22) et que la partie saillante (36) du levier, qui est ainsi formée, est agencée sous la forme d'un point d'accouplement avec une barre d'accouplement isolante (39), qui relie le dispositif d'entraînement (30) à l'unité (35) d'entraînement du pôle.
- Interrupteur à vide suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la partie saillante (36) du levier comporte au moins deux ouvertures de passage (37), qui sont à des distances différentes de l'extrémité, reliée au levier de support (25), d'un levier à genouillère (22), et qui permettent l'insertion au choix d'un axe d'accouplement (38), par lequel le dispositif d'entraînement (3) est relié à l'unité (5) d'entraînement du pôle.
- Interrupteur à vide suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la liaison articulée d'un levier à genouillère (22) avec le levier de support (25) est agencée de manière à être réglable et à cet effet il est prévu, dans le levier de support (25), une boutonnière (44) de guidage d'un axe de liaison (24), un piton vissé (40) traversé par l'axe de liaison (24) et des écrous (42) qui déterminent la position du piton vissé (40) par rapport au levier d'appui (25).
- Interrupteur à vide suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que dans le boîtier (16) de l'unité (5) d'entraînement du pôle est prévu, en tant que butée pour le levier d'appui (25) dans sa position de repos et simultanément en tant que butée pour une extrémité du ressort (32) produisant la force de contact, qui est agencé sous la forme d'un ressort hélicoïdal de compression, une pièce transversale (33), qui comporte une ouverture de passage pour une barre de traction (30), qui relie l'extrémité opposée du ressort (33) appliquant la force de contact au levier d'appui (25).
