Definitions

  • the invention relates to a container made of a material which is shaped in a flowable state and solidified in a given shape and which is provided with a closure.
  • Containers of this type are known in several versions.
  • a first embodiment is implemented, for example, as a glass bottle with a screw-on plastic lid.
  • a second embodiment is realized, for example, as a plastic container with a closure attached or screwed on.

  • the goods are first filled or inserted into the container through the same opening in the container and then removed from the container.
  • the container and the closure unit are each manufactured separately because the container and closure unit never consist of the exact same material and because the shapes of the two parts are too different from one another.
  • the disadvantage of such known designs is that one has to select two materials for a intended use, that is to say, for example, to store a good that has certain chemical properties, both of which must on the one hand meet the conditions that are determined by the good and which, on the other hand, must also fit together.
  • the container itself and the closure part must each be manufactured separately using their own manufacturing processes. As a result, the locations where these two parts are manufactured are also far apart.
  • the invention solves the problem of creating a container with a closure unit which is simpler and more economical and which has properties which can be optimally adapted to the requirements which are achieved by properties of the product. tes or the inserted object are determined. Another object of the invention is to provide a method for producing such a container which is economical and which can be advantageously connected to the process of filling a good or object into the container. Another object of the invention is to provide a sealing function on the closure part.
  • the container with the closure part is produced essentially in one piece, from one material and in one operation.
  • the container itself and a closure part are both formed together in one piece and are preferably manufactured in the closed state.
  • This also includes, for example, a hinge via which the closure part is movably attached to the container.

  • FIGS. 5, 6, 7 and 8 each step in a method for producing the container, for filling in the goods or for inserting an object and for closing the container,
  • FIG. 9 another container with steps for its manufacture
  • 11a and 11b each show a block diagram of the method steps for producing and filling a container.

  • Another, for example cylindrical, wall 6 is connected to the container wall 1 or emerges therefrom. The wall 6 merges at the end 7 facing away from the container wall 1 into an edge 8 which is provided for fastening a cover 9. The lid 9 thus closes off a filling opening 10 and can be connected to the edge 8 in a fixed or removable manner.
  • FIG. 2 shows a further embodiment of a container in which the pouring part 11 coincides with the wall of the container or forms it.
  • the wall 11 of the container merges downwards into a cover 12 which is connected to the wall 11 via an easily bendable point 13.

A first material 19, from which the pouring part or container 11 is also made, continues from it beyond the hinge 18 into the closure part 17, so that a so-called film hinge is formed, for example. The first material 19 is surrounded by a second material 21 in the region of a pouring or removal opening 20. At a point 22, the first material 19 forms a predetermined breaking point, for example, which is destroyed when the closure part 17 is opened for the first time under the pressure of the second material 21. Between the pouring part 11 and the closure part 17, one can also see sealing surfaces 23 which seal these two parts against one another in the closed state.

  • Such a container can be used, for example, for a flowable material as well as for a single object such as a film roll.
  • Such an opening could be introduced, for example, through an opening (not shown here) in the bottom of the container. This opening is then closed in such a way that it cannot be opened again, because this film roll is removed by the user via the opening covered by the closure part 24 . Through this opening, it can also be returned to the container when the film is exposed and the container protects the film roll on the way to the photo laboratory. It can also be seen at the predetermined breaking point 34 whether the film has already been removed from the container.

  • the container is then removed from the casting mold and brought into a position, as shown in FIG. 6, in which the goods can be filled or inserted.
  • FIG. 7 shows a further step according to FIG.

  • FIG. 10a shows a container 63 according to another embodiment.

  • FIG. 11a shows, shown in a block diagram, the method for producing the container and for filling the goods or for inserting an object into the container.
  • Block 50 represents a system for manufacturing containers and filling or inserting goods. This system 50 is supplied with the container material via an inlet 51 and the goods or objects via an inlet 52. In the plant, the container is manufactured and filled in the now known manner, and the plant 50 delivers filled and closed containers via an outlet 53.
  • FIG. 11b shows the method according to the prior art.
  • This requires a system 54 for the production of unlocked containers and a system 55 for the production of closures which receive container material and closure material via inlets 56 and 57.
  • These systems 54 and 55 provide containers and closures via exits 58 and 59 separately from a system 60 for filling and closing the container.
  • the goods or objects are fed to this system 60 via a further input 61.
  • the system 60 delivers filled and closed containers via an outlet 62.
  • the comparison of the two FIGS. 11a and 11b shows that the method according to the invention is simpler since the independent systems 54 and 55 can be omitted.
  • the manufacture of the containers and the filling of the goods can now be carried out in an integrated system. This also eliminates the connections, transport routes, intermediate storage, etc. that are connected to outputs 58 and 59.
  • the invention thus relates to containers which are provided for a good or for a single object.
  • the good or the object can be tipped out of the container or removed with a tool such as a spoon or a pair of pliers.
