Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sprühkopf für einen Behälter für ein unter Druck stehendes Fluid, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches.The invention relates to a spray head for a container for a pressurized fluid, according to the preamble of the claim.

Die bekannte Konstruktion zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Wandsärke der trichter- bzw. trompetenförmigen Erweiterung an den dem Abgaberöhrchen zugewandten Ende des sich im Sprühkopf befindlichen und den Fluidkanal begrenzenden Röhrchens im wesentlichen konstant, wenn auch geringer als die Wandstärke des erwähnten Röhrchens ist. Kern der Erfindung ist also, daß die Wandstärke der trichter- bzw. trompetenartigen Erweiterung zum freien Rand hin kontinuierlich abnimmt, und zwar ausgehend von einer minimalen Wandstärke für das den Fluidkanal im Sprühkopf bildende Röhrchen. Dadurch werden Materialansammlungen zur Ausbildung der trompeten- oder trichterförmigen Erweiterung vermieden. Der minimale Materialeinsatz im Bereich des Sprühkopf-Anschlusses erlaubt auch geringe Spritzzeiten. Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Sprühköpfe
unterscheiden sich im wesentlichen nur durch das äußere
Design sowie durch die Längen- und Durchmesserverhältnisse
eines im Sprühkopf ausgebildeten Sprühkanals. Dementsprechend
beziehen sich die nachstehend verwendeten Bezugsziffern auf
beide Ausführungsformen von Sprühköpfen, die jeweils mit der
Bezugsziffer 10 gekennzeichnet sind. Diese Sprühköpfe dienen
zur Abgabe eines unter Druck stehenden Fluids, insbesondere
einer unter Druck stehenden Flüssigkeit oder Paste oder
dergleichen aus einem Behälter, der in den Fig. 1 und 2 nicht
dargestellt ist. Zu diesem Zweck wird der Sprühkopf am freien
Ende eines einen Austragskanal aufweisenden Abgaberöhrchens
eines Abgabe-, insbesondere Aerosol-Ventils, angeordnet.
Abgaberöhrchen mit zugeordnetem Ventil sind ebenfalls nicht
dargestellt, da es sich diesbezüglich um eine bekannte
Konstruktion handelt. Der Sprühkopf weist eine Sprühdüse 11
auf, die über einen im Sprühkopf 10 ausgebildeten und oben
bereits erwähnten Fluidkanal 12 mit dem Austragskanal des
nicht dargestellten Abgaberöhrchens fluidverbindbar ist. Zu
diesem Zweck ist der Sprühkopf 10 mit dem der Sprühdüse 11
entgegengesetzten Ende 13 des Fluidkanals 12 auf das freie
Ende des Abgaberöhrchens aufsteckbar, und zwar unter
Herstellung einer gegenüber dem Umgebung fluiddichten
Fluidverbindung zwischen dem im Sprühkopf 10 ausgebildeten
Fluidkanal 12 und dem Austragskanal des Abgaberöhrchens. Wie
die Fig. 1 und 2 sehr gut erkennen lassen, ist das dem
Abgaberöhrchen zugewandte Ende 13 des im Sprühkopf 10
ausgebildeten Fluidkanals 12 trichter- oder trompetenförmig
erweitert. Damit lassen sich Fluchtungsfehler zwischen dem
Abgaberöhrchen und dem diesem zugeordneten Ende des im
Sprühkopf 10 ausgebildeten Fluidkanals 12 beim Aufstecken des

konstruktive Ausführungsform ist günstig für geringe
Spritzzeiten bei Herstellung des Sprühkopfes im Kunststoff-Spritzgußverfahren.
Durch minimale Materialansammlung im
Abgaberöhrchen-Anschlußbereich des Sprühkopfes läßt sich nach
jedem Schuß eine entsprechend geringe Kühlzeit erreichen,
wodurch die Taktzeit bzw. Spritzzeit entsprechend reduziert
werden kann. Auch treten durch die vorgenannten Maßnahmen
keine thermischen Spannungen im Anschlußbereich des

Claims (1)
