Description

The invention relates to a spray head for a container for a pressurized fluid, according to the preamble of the claim.

Such a spray head is known from WO 86/01787. The known construction is characterized in that the Wall thickness of the funnel-shaped or trumpet-shaped extension the end facing the dispensing tube in the spray head located and delimiting the fluid channel essentially constant, albeit less than the wall thickness of the mentioned tube is. It has been shown that this is constructive Formation of the tube forming the fluid channel leads to thermal stresses.

The object of the present invention is accordingly based on a spray head of the known type improve that accumulations of material to form the trumpet or funnel-shaped extension on the delivery tube facing end of the located in the spray head and the tube delimiting the fluid channel and thereby conditional thermal stresses are avoided.

This object is achieved by the characterizing Features of the patent claim solved. The essence of the invention is So that the wall thickness of the funnel-like or trumpet-like Enlargement towards the free edge decreases continuously, and starting from a minimal wall thickness for the Tubes forming fluid channel in the spray head. This will accumulate material to form the trumpet or funnel-shaped Expansion avoided. The minimal use of materials in the area of the spray head connection also allows small Spray times. Thermal stresses are also avoided.

Fig. 1
Fig. 2
Two embodiments of spray heads designed according to the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the attached drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1
a first embodiment of a spray head designed according to the invention in longitudinal section; and
Fig. 2
a second embodiment of a spray head designed according to the invention in longitudinal section.

The spray heads shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 differ essentially only in the external Design as well as the length and diameter ratios a spray channel formed in the spray head. Accordingly refer to the reference numerals used below both embodiments of spray heads, each with the Reference number 10 are marked. These spray heads serve for dispensing a fluid under pressure, in particular a pressurized liquid or paste or The like from a container that is not shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is shown. For this purpose the spray head becomes free End of a delivery tube having a discharge channel a dispensing, in particular aerosol valve, arranged. Dispensing tubes with an associated valve are also not shown, since it is a known in this regard Construction is concerned. The spray head has a spray nozzle 11 on the one trained in the spray head 10 and above already mentioned fluid channel 12 with the discharge channel of the Dispensing tube, not shown, is fluidly connectable. To For this purpose, the spray head 10 is connected to that of the spray nozzle 11 opposite end 13 of the fluid channel 12 to the free End of the dispensing tube can be plugged on, under Production of a fluid-tight to the environment Fluid connection between that formed in the spray head 10 Fluid channel 12 and the discharge channel of the delivery tube. How 1 and 2 can be seen very well, that is the Dispensing tube facing end 13 of the spray head 10th trained fluid channel 12 funnel-shaped or trumpet-shaped expanded. This allows misalignment between the Dispensing tube and the associated end of the im Spray head 10 trained fluid channel 12 when attaching the Correct the spray head 10 on the dispensing tube.

In both embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are shown, the wall thickness of the funnel or trumpet-like extension 14 towards the free edge 15 continuously, starting from a minimal Wall thickness for the fluid channel 12. So it is for training the funnel-shaped or trumpet-shaped extension 14 is not required that the fluid channel have a wall thickness, the maximum radial extent of the funnel or trumpet-shaped extension 14 corresponds. This constructive embodiment is favorable for low Injection times when manufacturing the spray head using the plastic injection molding process. Due to minimal material accumulation in the Dispensing tube connection area of the spray head can be adjusted achieve a correspondingly short cooling time for each shot, whereby the cycle time or spraying time is reduced accordingly can be. Also step through the aforementioned measures no thermal stress in the connection area of the Spray head.

Der Fluidkanal 12 samt Sprühdüse 11 ist in der Betätigungstaste 16 ausgebildet, die am sprühdüsenseitigen Ende integral mit der Kappe 18 verbunden ist.2 differs from that 1 also in that it has an integrated Has actuation button 16, the predetermined breaking webs 17 with a cap-like cover 18 is connected. This Breakaway webs 17 serve as a guarantee for initial use of the spray head and thus that with such a spray head provided container. The fluid channel 12 including the spray nozzle 11 is formed in the actuation button 16, which on spray nozzle end integrally connected to the cap 18 is.

Dieser Sprühkopf enthält also keine gesonderte Betätigungstaste. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the spray head 10 overall with the delivery tube, not shown emotional. This spray head therefore does not contain a separate one Button.
