Claims (3)

  1.   2. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de crémone (1) présentant, à l'une des extrémités (3), un segment d'accouplement à section en "U" et une denture fine (9, 11) formée sur la face intérieure des brides en "U" (5, 7), par déformation d'une barre de matériau (1a) à section rectangulaire plate, par pressage de la barre de matériau (1a) à l'aide d'un poinçon (21) dans une matrice (23) étant estampées vers le haut les brides en "U" (5, 7) de la section en "U", simultanément étant estampée, par un profil de denture latéral (33) du poinçon (21), la denture fine intérieure (9, 11) dans les brides en "U" et formée, par un profil de denture fine (35) réalisé sur la matrice (23), dans le prolongement du profil de denture (33) du poinçon (21), une denture fine inférieure (17) sur les faces latérales de la barre de matériau (1a), caractérisé par le fait que, lors de l'estampage vers le haut des brides en "U" (5, 7), il est estampé dans les brides en "U", par des mâchoires d'estampage (25, 27) déplacées latéralement contre les brides en "U" (5, 7) estampées vers le haut et présentant un profil de denture fine (37) complémentaire du profil de denture (33) du poinçon (21), une denture fine extérieure (13, 15) qui est complémentaire de la denture fine intérieure (9, 11).
