Claims (11)

  1. Un dispositif anti-balancement pour semi-remorques (5) durant le transport sur un wagon, la semi-remorque (5) comprenant un pivot vertical (1) projetant en saillie depuis une partie frontale du châssis (4) de la semi-remorque, ledit pivot (1) pouvant être associé à une cinquième roue d'un véhicule de transport de manière à réaliser une articulation réciproque entre ladite semi-remorque (5) et ledit véhicule de transport; le wagon (8) comprenant des moyens destinés à fixer un conteneur au wagon, lesdits moyens de fixation consistant en des pointes (10); le dispositif anti-balancement comprenant des blocs (9) présentant des logements (14) pour les pointes (10); le dispositif anti-balancement (18) comprenant également quatre supports rigides (11) supportant les blocs (9), lesdits supports (11) étant mis en contrainte contre le châssis (4) et distribués de chaque côté (19) de ce dernier; deux des supports (11) susmentionnés étant situés sur une partie avant (3) du châssis (4), le dispositif anti-balancement étant caractérisé en ce que les deux suppports (11) sont constitués de manière à ce que les blocs (9), tout du moins durant le transport sur route de la semi-remorque (5), puissent être entièrement déplacés au-dessus de la surface (2) du châssis (4).
  2. Un dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une joue (15) destinée à mettre en contrainte les supports (11), ladite joue (15) pouvant être enlevée de la surface (2) du châssis (4) avant le transport sur route de la semi-remorque (5).
  3. Un dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits supports (11) sont fixés de manière amovible au châssis (4) sur la surface (2).
  4. Un dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un pivot horizontal (16) fixé solidement au châssis (4), sur lequel une première extrémité (151) de ladite joue (15) est montée sur pivot de manière à rendre ladite joue (15) orientable entre une première position correspondant au moment où ladite semi-remorque (5) est transportée sur le wagon (8), dans laquelle une deuxième extrémité (152) de ladite joue (15) est associée à des moyens de blocage (17) qui interagissent entre la joue (15) et le châssis (4), et une deuxième position, correspondant au moment où ladite semi-remorque (5) est transportée par route, dans laquelle la joue (15) est déplacée de façon angulaire par rapport au pivot horizontal (16) susmentionné et dans laquelle lesdits supports (11) sont situés au-dessus de la surface (2) du châssis (4) alors que ladite deuxième extrémité (152) est fixée avec des moyens de blocage (23) de ladite joue (15) dans une position de repos.
  5. Un dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite joue (15) comprend un guide (33) le long duquel ledit pivot horizontal (16) coulisse entre un premier plan vertical (20) passant entre ladite première position et ladite deuxième position de la joue (15) et un deuxième plan vertical (21) intermédiaire par rapport au premier plan vertical (20) et un plan correspondant à la ligne médiane du wagon (8) où le deuxième plan vertical (21) la joue (15) et le support (11) sont contenus à l'intérieur des contours de la semi-remorque (5) durant les manoeuvres de braquage du véhicule de transport lors de l'utilisation de la semi-remorque (5) sur route.
  6. Un dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage (17) comprennent un boulon (24) formé de manière à se loger dans un trou passant (25) réalisé au niveau de la deuxième extrémité (152) de ladite joue (15), ledit boulon (24) étant fixé de façon coulissante à un guide (26) situé sur le châssis (4), ledit guide (26) présentant une portion centrale (27) dans laquelle, lorsque la joue (15) est dans la première position, la deuxième extrémité (152) de ce dernier est insérée coaxialement par rapport à la cavité (25), le guide (26) restant engagé étant donné que le boulon (24) est remis dans sa position initiale en passant au travers du guide (26) et de ladite cavité (25).
  7. Un dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage (23) de la joue (15) comprennent une structure (28) destinée à maintenir la joue (15) et les supports (11) dans ladite deuxième position, ladite structure (28) étant interconnectée au châssis (4) et possédant des éléments de repos horizontaux (29) et un élément vertical (32) destiné à entrer en contact avec les supports (11) de façon horizontale, lesdits éléments de repos (29) étant associés à un cliquet (30) fixé à l'élément vertical (32) au-dessus des éléments de repos (29) et orientable autour d'un pivot horizontal (31) de telle sorte que le cliquet (30), lorsqu'il est levé, permette de positionner les supports (11) sur les éléments de repos (29) de la structure (28), alors que quand il est dans sa position basse, le cliquet (30) interfère avec ladite deuxième extrémité (152) de la joue (15) de manière à empêcher l'extraction des supports (11) de la structure (28).
  8. Un dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le guide de coulissage (33) présente une largeur beaucoup plus grande que celle du pivot (16) de manière à ce que la joue (15) puisse coulisser par rapport au châssis (4) perpendiculairement à un axe de rotation (161) du pivot (16) susmentionné.
  9. Un dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un bras (34) mis en contrainte contre le pivot (16) au niveau de ladite première extrémité (151) de la joue (15) et mis en contrainte contre la joue (15) au niveau d'un pivot intermédiaire (36), ledit bras (34) permettant aux supports (11) d'être placés dans ladite deuxième position, depuis ladite première position de la joue (15), avec un premier mouvement rotatif effectué par la joue (15) et le bras (34) qui tournent ensemble autour du pivot (16); suivi d'une deuxième rotation effectuée par la joue (15) qui tourne par rapport au bras (34) après que le bras (34) ait atteint une position limite déterminée par un coup de butée du bras (34) contre le châssis (4) de la semi-remorque (5).
  10. Un dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de repos (29) présentent un profil angulaire.
  11. Un dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit cliquet (30) est supporté de manière oscillante par ledit pivot horizontal (31) dans une position stable d'équilibre.
