Definitions

  • the invention relates to a tube closure with a Plastic screw cap according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such tube closures are in various designs known and common and e.g. in DE-U-93 00 042 of the applicant.
  • the tube thread is either molded onto the tube neck or formed in one piece with the tube neck.
  • solutions are also known in which the tube itself does not Carries thread and a threaded part e.g. form-fitting on one Threadless approach snapped onto the tube shoulder or otherwise connected to the tube.
  • the guarantee band is tear-off connected to the tube neck.
  • the guarantee tape With attached Screw cap, the guarantee tape is so with the Screw cap engages that when opening it for the first time the tube tears off.
  • the screw cap instructs a bead protruding radially outwards from its lower edge on which the guarantee tape overlaps when the screw cap is on. When opened, the guarantee band is through this bead pulled upwards so that it tears off the tube neck.
  • the invention has for its object the construction such a tube closure with a guarantee tape like this to improve that the guarantee band on the one hand is functional indicates the first opening and after a manipulation not just placed over the tube neck again and on this can be jammed and on the other hand constructive is easy to manufacture and can be attached to the tube closure.
  • this task is performed according to the characteristics of the Claim 1 solved.
  • the invention looks optimal simple way, the guarantee band by at least two Subdivide separating slots so that there is damage in at least two protruding band segments divides.
  • the sensitivity of the guarantee tape is very high depending on the depth of the separation slots. These must be in in any case be so deep that the guarantee band is first-time opening divided into individual segments.
  • the guarantee band by the Separation slots completely divided so that it is already in front the first opening of several, not directly with each other related guarantee band segments. Each these segments are connected by at least two connecting elements held in place.
  • the tamper-evident band disintegrates particularly safely after manipulation, if radially inward on the guarantee band Retaining elements are provided and if the screw cap at least one radially outward bead or Protrusion carries over the form-fitting elements Can snap into place as soon as the separating slots in the starting position snap back.
  • the guarantee band is particularly stable and firmly with a retaining ring or the thread or the tube neck connect if one on each side of the separating slots Connecting element is provided. They also stand Individual segments of the guarantee tape after the connecting elements have been torn striking in this way in particular axially symmetrical shape.
  • Each tamper-evident segment is embodied by two Fasteners are held at each end of the tether segment one of the connecting elements arranged is. This ensures that the segment after the Breakage of one of its connecting elements only on one End is connected to the tube neck so that the injury is clearly visible.
  • tear-off bars of different thicknesses Connecting elements between the guarantee band and the tube neck (Retaining ring, threaded attachment, etc.) has, however, also Generally proven:
  • Such webs can be used on the one hand train it in such a way that it is sufficiently firm for assembly Connection between a retaining ring and the guarantee band is that there is also an injection molding process the guarantee tape is led over the tear-off bars and that, on the other hand, the webs are reliable when they are opened for the first time tear and thus indicate the opening.
  • the arrangement of two diametrically opposite one another has proven its worth arranged separating slots, which are an annular Divide the all-round guarantee band into two semicircle segments.
  • the screw cap can be secured with the Secure the guarantee band if there is an axial counter on the guarantee band barbed tube closure is provided.
  • the screw cap 6 shown schematically in FIG. 1 is used for closing the also shown schematically in Figure 2 Tube neck 1 and therefore forms together with this a tube cap.
  • the tube neck 1 has an external thread 3 on and on the screw cap 6 is a corresponding one Internal thread 5 provided.
  • the connection between the guarantee band 10 and the tube neck 1 is in this example by a Thread 3 engaging ring 4, on which the Guarantee tape 10 by means of serving as a connecting element Tear bars 9, 9a is attached.
  • the guarantee band 10 points at its upper end radially inwardly directed retaining elements 11, which is in cross section the shape of a barb have, and whose inner diameter is smaller than that Outside diameter of one at the lower edge of the screw cap 6 outwardly projecting projection 8.
  • the retaining elements 11 form a positive screw cap Connection with the projection 8 of the screw cap, which only can be solved by destroying the guarantee band.
  • the tube neck and the guarantee band 10 of shows above, it can be seen that the guarantee tape 10 by divided into two approximately vertical dividing slots 7 is.
  • the separating slots 7 shown here cut through this ring-shaped circumferential guarantee band 10 completely, so that it basically two independent, semicircular guarantee band segments.
  • This is a preferred embodiment, but in principle it would also be possible to reduce the depth of the separation slots 7, so that Guarantee tape 10 in the area of the separating slots 7 only would be weakened and then when opening the tube closure for the first time would break up.
  • the two guarantee band segments are only at their ends by tear-off webs 9, 9a connected to the inner ring 4. Basically you could further tear-off bridges along the guarantee band segments to be ordered.
  • tear-off webs 9, 9a arranged at the ends have the advantage that when opening the lock one of the two webs as first tears and thus ensures that the segment after opening the closure only at one end the ring 4 is connected so that it stands out clearly visible.
  • the two tear-off webs 9, 9a are preferably different highly trained to ensure that one of the two webs (the weaker web 9) as the first tears. The risk that both webs 9, 9a tear at the same time, can be excluded.
  • the projection 8 runs on the Lower edge of the retaining elements 11 and takes them up with until the tear-off webs 9 tear off and release the guarantee tape. Since the tear-off webs 9 on the side the inner surface of the guarantee tape 10 is formed exerted a shear force on the tear-off webs 9 when opened, so that they tear reliably.
  • the condition of the guarantee tape after opening the tube cap for the first time is shown in Figures 6 and 7.
  • the different strong expression of the tear-off webs 9, 9a means that only tear off the weaker tear-off webs 9 and the individual ones Segments through the stronger webs 9a with the inner ring 4th stay connected.
  • the ring 4 with the guarantee band 10 can be advantageous be made of a plastic with a different color than the screw cap 6. This allows the visual display improve from the lack of the guarantee band 10.
  • Figure 8 shows the side view of the tube neck of Figure 2.
  • the continuous one is in particular Separation slot 7 of the guarantee band 10 clearly recognizable, in lower area of the separation slot 7 is a section of the Rings 4 arranged within the guarantee band 10 are visible.
  • FIG. 9 there is a tube neck with an alternative Design variant of the guarantee tape shown, which has three separating slots 7a and the same from three major guarantee band segments 12.
