Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour remplir des récipients, notamment des fûts tels que des tonnelets, avec des boissons, selon lequel on met en place le récipient (1) avec un élément de raccordement (2) sur une tête de remplissage (3), caractérisé en ce qu'on stérilise la tête de remplissage (3) et une surface extérieure (8), tournée vers cette tête, de l'élément de raccordement (2) avant d'ouvrir l'élément de raccordement (2), d'introduire de la boisson devant remplir le récipient, et que pour contrôler le processus de stérilisation, on mesure la température de la tête de remplissage (3) pendant le processus de stérilisation, et la durée du processus de stérilisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on convertit la température mesurée de la tête de remplissage (3) et la durée de stérilisation mesurée en unités pasteur, et qu'on arrête le processus de stérilisation lorsqu'un nombre fixé d'unités pasteur est atteint.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la stérilisation est exécutée à la vapeur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la stérilisation est exécutée avec un agent désinfectant.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on rince à l'eau la tête de remplissage (3) avant la stérilisation.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comportant une tête de remplissage (3), dans laquelle un produit liquide et/ou un agent de stérilisation peut être envoyé par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une canalisation d'amenée (7,9), et comportant un capteur de température (11) situé dans la tête de remplissage (3), caractérisé en ce que la température de la tête de remplissage peut être mesurée au moyen du capteur de température (11) et qu'il est prévu un dispositif pour détecter la durée du processus de stérilisation de la tête de remplissage (3) ainsi qu'une unité de commande, au moyen de laquelle le processus de stérilisation peut être arrêté en fonction de la température et de la durée de stérilisation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température (11) est disposé à l'emplacement, qui est le plus refroidi, de la tête de remplissage (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température (11) est disposé dans la zone de raccordement de la canalisation (7) d'amenée du produit, à la tête de remplissage (3).
