Abstract

The blocks or plates (2) are additionally secured by tensile anchors (6). The anchors are fitted into recesses (3) in the upper surfaces of the blocks. The recesses can be designed to extend away from the edges or corners of the blocks, and can have enlarged cut-outs at their rear ends. The anchors can be made to reach downwards from the upper surface, while retaining much of their cross-section. The cut-outs may be of circular, trapezoidal or rectangular cross-section.

Description

The invention relates to a plaster made of blocks or plates with spacers secure joint spacing are laid and, in particular, are grouted. Such a patch is known from use, and, in a special form, from DE-A-3 942 517.

The cobblestones and paving slabs made of concrete that have become known recently molded-on spacers have this direct contact with each other. she but are also held by a joint filling. The originally made of sand Joint filling solidifies over time through the ingress of dust, etc.

Such a plaster composite is more resistant due to the direct contact against horizontal forces, e.g. by starting or braking motor vehicles be exercised.

From US-A-4,474,504 an erosion protection system for the bottom of a body of water in the form of flexible concrete block mats is known. The mats are formed like a lattice by plates and dumbbell-shaped connecting links which engage in undercut recesses in the plates and hold them together at a distance. The connecting links serve to absorb tension and pressure.
DE-A-15 34 368 shows and describes a pavement made of adjacent reinforced concrete slabs, which are held together by bolts made of the same material. The bars engage with hammer-head-like ends in corresponding recesses in the plates. The cohesion of the pavement is only achieved by the bars. A normal pavement compound is not available.
The same applies to a covering of multilayer composite blocks known from DE-U-19 60 736, which are to be laid in a corresponding manner without joints and to be held together by double-T-shaped connecting elements made of plastic.

The invention has for its object the resistance of a patch of the beginning mentioned type to further increase.

According to the invention, this purpose is achieved in that the blocks or plates further in a first version on the sides and in a second version on the corners Tie rods are connected to each other, the recesses of the blocks adapted in them or plates are used from their surface, and that the tie rods Have spacers. In the first version, the tie rods have the spacers as crossbars branching from them on one or both sides of the joints. In the second Version, the tie rods have the spacers than those arranged in the joint crossings Central body, from which the tie rods originate and which by abutting the beveled Corners of the blocks or plates that are spacers.

Embodiments of the invention are described below with the aid of exemplary embodiments being represented.

The drawings Fig. 1 to 7 give the embodiments in plan view of the Plaster, partly in an isometric view, again.

A first and a second particularly important one, shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and 5, respectively Embodiment are characterized in that the recesses from the side surfaces forth, as in Fig. 1 to 4, or from the corners, as in Fig. 5, with an undercut extend into the blocks or plates and from the surface of the blocks or Extend plates of substantially constant cross-section in depth.

In Fig. 1 a plaster of blocks or slabs 8 laid with joints 1, for example made of concrete, can be seen.
The blocks or plates 8 are provided on each edge in the middle with a recess 3, which extends from the side surface first with a rectangular cross-sectional section 4 and then with an approximately circular cross-sectional section 5 into the material. With this cross section, the recesses 3 are formed continuously from the surface to the underside of the blocks or plates 8.

Tie rods 9 are inserted into the recesses 3 from above. For example, they are made of plastic and are hammered in. They are designed to be complementary to the cross section of the recesses 3 and also fill them in their full height. The tie rods 9 are provided with spacers 10. They branch off on both sides of the section of the tie rod 9 located in the joint.
A filling of sand, not shown, is introduced into the joints 1.

Gestrichelt angedeutet ist wiederum der an den Zugankem abzweigende Abstandhalter 10.In Fig. 2 is another variant of the recess and the tie rod cross section in Connection to the rectangular cross-sectional section 4 shown, namely an approximately checkered cross-sectional section 16. The dashed line is again indicated at the Tie-off spacer 10.

Fig. 3 shows a further variation of the recess and tie rod and spacers.

The undercut, by which the tie rod 17 is held here, is by a branch 18 of the cross section of the recess is formed. The recess is not in the Formation of the stone emerged, but subsequently cut into an X-shape, preferably at an angle of 30 °.

Fig. 4 zeigt isometrisch einen Zuganker mit einem trapezförmigen Querschnittsabschnitt 15 und abzweigenden Abstandhaltem 10.4 isometrically shows a tie rod with a trapezoidal cross-sectional section 15 and branching spacers 10.

Fig. 5 bis 7 zeigen Eckanordnungen der Zuganker.5 to 7 show corner arrangements of the tie rods.

In Fig. 5 gehen an den Ecken angeordnete Zuganker 36 von einem Zentralkörper 37 aus, der durch Anstoß an den abgeschrägten, hier aber dabei noch etwas herausgezogenen, Ecken 38 der Blöcke oder Platten zugleich Abstandhalter aufweist, anders betrachtet als Abstandhalter dient.5, tie rods 36 arranged at the corners start from a central body 37, the one pulled against the bevelled but pulled out a little here, Corners 38 of the blocks or plates also has spacers, viewed differently than Spacer is used.

While the previous embodiments are based on an undercut recess 3, FIG. 6 shows a modification: the recesses here are bare incisions 44 of rectangular cross section arranged from the side near the corners of the blocks or plates, and between four adjacent corners of different blocks or plates The tie rods 45 that are used extend into the four joints and from them into a T-shape in the mutually opposite incisions 44 such that they grip each corner in a hook-like manner in two such incisions with the T-beams 46. The corners 47 of the blocks or plates are rounded, the tie rods 45 are connected in an arc following the curves and thus in turn form a central body 40 as a spacer between the corners 47.
Fig. 7 shows another form of engagement of tie rods in recesses. The recesses are cuts 48 of rectangular cross-section at the corners of the blocks or plates from above, such that the cuts 48 of four adjacent corners of different blocks or plates complement one another annularly to receive an annular tie rod 52. The tie rod 52 could be made of plastic , It does not need to absorb compressive forces in the ring, since it is provided with spacers 53 arranged in the manner of spokes and a central body 54 which likewise forms a spacer and which lie in the joints and the joint crossing.

It is common to all of the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 5 to 7 that the central body 37 or 40 or 54, in interaction with the bevelled corners of the blocks or plates 8, has the function of the spacer. The shapes of diamond and circle, hollow or full are particularly considered. The tie rods can also be inserted into hollow sections molded into the blocks or plates, for example made of cast iron or plastic, instead of directly in recesses in the concrete.
The recesses in the designs according to FIGS. 1 to 6 will extend at least half the depth of the blocks or plates.

The tie rods are made, for example, of steel or other metal, wood, plastic, especially recycled plastic, or rubber.

Concrete is primarily used for the blocks or slabs, but by no means exclusively. Likewise possible are e.g. ceramic material or recycled plastic.
