Description
- La figure 1 représente une vue schématique et en perspective d'un dispositif à deux cylindres à pressions pulsées selon l'invention.
- Les figures 2a et 2b représentent deux positions respectives d'un registre permettant le réglage de la variation de pression appliquée aux deux cylindres mobiles selon la figure 1 ; et
- La figure 3 représente un schéma de réalisation d'une installation de broyage utilisant le dispositif selon l'invention.
Claims (12)
- Procédé de broyage de matières premières solides, telles que des minerais, dans lequel on soumet lesdites matières à l'action de compression de deux cylindres (10,20) de compression parallèles tournant en sens inverse l'un de l'autre, et entre lesquels les matières sont entraínées, les deux dits cylindres étant montés sur des axes (15,25) parallèles l'un à l'autre, l'un des axes étant monté mobile, l'un au moins des axes étant susceptible d'être soumis à la poussée d'au moins un organe de pression (28,28'), caractérisé en ce que les deux cylindres sont montés sur des axes mobiles, en ce que l'on soumet lesdits axes (15,25) à la poussée d'au moins un organe de pression, et en ce que la poussée développée dans ledit organe de pression est contrôlée (30) de façon à faire varier dans le temps la pression des deux cylindres mobiles.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on soumet les deux dits cylindres (10,20) chacun à une poussée variant dans le temps, selon des lois différentes.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on soumet les deux dits cylindres à des poussées variant de façon cyclique dans le temps.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on soumet les deux dits cylindres à une poussée variant de façon sinusoïdale dans le temps.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la variation dans le temps de la poussée est telle qu'elle s'oppose aux vibrations auxquelles sont soumis lesdits cylindres lors de la compression des matières.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on mesure les vibrations et on engendre une pulsation de compression pour chaque cylindre de fréquence et de phase telle qu'elle s'oppose et/ou absorbe lesdites vibrations.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on détecte la présence, au sein des matières, de corps étrangers, susceptibles d'être broyés ou compressés, et, en cas de détection d'un ou plusieurs corps étrangers, on soumet au moins l'un des deux cylindres à une poussée sensiblement nulle.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'on soumet les deux cylindres à une poussée nulle, en vue de permettre aux deux cylindres de se déplacer en direction opposée et donc de laisser le passage libre auxdits corps étrangers.
- Dispositif pour le broyage de matières premières solides, telles que des minerais, comportant deux cylindres (10,20) de compression parallèles tournant en sens inverse l'un de l'autre, et entre lesquels les matières sont entraínées, caractérisé en ce que les deux cylindres sont montés sur des axes mobiles (15,25) et en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de poussée (18,28) aptes à soumettre les deux dits cylindres à une poussée variant dans le temps.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de poussée sont aptes à engendrer une poussée variable cycliquement dans le temps.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la poussée varie de façon sinusoïdale avec le temps.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de poussée sont aptes à engendrer une poussée variable telle que cette dernière contrebalance les vibrations auxquelles sont soumis les deux dits cylindres.
