Abstract

L'invention concerne un bouchon pour bouteilles ou similaire et son procédé de production. Le bouchon comprend une partie de retenue (1) sur le goulot de la bouteille, une partie d'étanchéité (2) retenue par la partie de retenue et qui a une surface d'étanchéié (7) essentiellement annulaire, entre laquelle et la face frontale annulaire du goulot de la bouteille est agencée une garniture d'étanchéité (10) en un matériau compressible. La garniture d'étanchéité s'appuie sur la surface annulaire d'étanchéité avec des pressions différentes à différents endroits. Les endroits sur lesquels s'exercent les pressions les plus fortes servent de butée et définissent la position de la partie d'étanchéité, ainsi que l'importance de la compression des endroits (8) sur lesquels s'exercent les pressions moins fortes, qui forment une soupape de sûreté. La garniture d'étanchéité, la butée et l'élément élastique sont ainsi aisément obtenus par la seule configuration de la surface annulaire d'étanchéité ou de la garniture d'étanchéité elle-même.
