Claims (12)
- Dispositif de remplissage d'emballages (12), notamment de sacs en papier ou emballages analogues, avec une chambre de formage (1) pour le compactage préliminaire du produit à emballer (13), laquelle est conçue pour être plongée dans l'emballage (13) et pour le déchargement du produit précompacté (13) dans l'emballage (12), avec un dispositif d'alimentation (6) obstruable pour l'amenée due produit dans la chambre de formage (1) et avec un dispositif de fermeture (2) au fond de la chambre de formage (1),
caractérisé en ce que
un dispositif d'aspiration à vide (9, 14) peut être raccordé, de façon étanche, à la chambre de formage (1), au-dessus du niveau de remplissage du produit non compacté (13), lequel dispositif génère une dépression dans la chambre de formage (1). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le bord supérieur (5) de la chambre de formage (1) est conçue de sorte à porter, de façon étanche, contre le dispositif d'alimentation (6) et le dispositif d'aspiration à vide (9, 14). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

un dispositif de fermeture (7) est prévu au-dessus du débouchement dans le dispositif d'alimentation (6). - Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendication 1 à 3,

la chambre de formage (1) est équipée d'un dispositif vibrant (4) pour évacuer de la chambre de formage (1) le produit (13) précompacté sous vide. - Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif d'aspiration à vide (9, 14), avec sa zone (9) conçue pour porter contre le bord (5), peut être déplacé en hauteur avec la chambre de formage (1). - Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif d'aspiration à vide (9, 14) présente une tubulure d'aspiration (14) qui s'étend à travers une zone du dispositif d'alimentation (6) et peut être conduit à travers l'embouchure de ce dernier, - Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif d'aspiration à vide présente, à l'extrémité inférieure de la trémie d'aspiration (14), un cloche d'aspiration (9) qui est conçue pour porter, de façon étaanche, contre le bord supérieur (5), adéquatement formé, du dispositif de formage. - Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendication 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
des dispositif supplémentaires de blocage (50; 51, 52; 53) sont prévus pour maintenir le volet (2) du fond fr la chambre de formage pressé contre le bord inférieur de celle-ci lorsque le dispositif de pression (3) est pivoté. - Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de blocage est formé par des crochets de maintien (50; 51; 52; 53) qui s'étendent le long de la chambre de formage (1) et sont déplaçables, par commande, dans le sens de la longueur de cette dernière. - Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que
l'entraînement du dispositif de blocage (50; 51; 52; 53) se fait à l'aide de servomoteurs (54; 55). - Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisé en ce que
un dispositif de balayage (56) est prévu pour le nettoyage du volet (2) du fond. - Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 11,
caractérisé en ce que
la chambre de formage (1) possède un fond (2) qui peut être maintenu en position de fermeture à l'aide d'un dispopsitif de pression (3) pivotable.
