Claims (2)
- Dispositif (1) pour former un étranglement (2) sur une zone d'extrémité ouverte d'une boîte métallique (3) ayant une partie principale cylindrique avec un axe longitudinal, comprenant :(1) un premier élément support (4) pour supporter le fond (5) de la boîte (3), et pour solliciter ladite boîte (3) le long d'un axe central (6) du dispositif (1), ledit axe central (6) coïncidant avec ledit axe longitudinal ;(2) une enclume annulaire (8) montée coaxiale avec ledit premier élément support (4), sur la face intérieure de laquelle se trouve une surface interne de formage (9) ayant une forme adaptée à la forme souhaitée pour l'étranglement (2) ; et(3) un galet en rotation libre (10), ayant une forme adaptée à la forme de la surface de formage (9), lequel galet (10) peut appuyer sur la zone d'extrémité d'une boîte (3), en étant poussé par ledit premier élément support (4) à force contre la surface de formage (9), lequel galet (10) est porté par un second élément support (11), entraîné par des moyens d'entraînement (12, 13, 14) sur une trajectoire circulaire concentrique avec ladite surface annulaire de formage (9), dans laquelle l'axe de rotation (15) du galet en rotation libre (10) se situe dans un plan tangentiel à un cylindre ayant l'axe central (6) comme axe longitudinal, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (15) du galet en rotation libre (10) forme un petit angle avec la direction de l'axe central (6), de manière que le matériau de la zone d'extrémité ouverte d'une boîte métallique (3), supportée par le premier élément support (4) dans un dispositif puisse se trouver un passage entre l'enclume (8) et le galet (10.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'angle a une valeur de l'ordre de 0,5°.
