Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung hat Bezug auf eine Vorrichtung zum Spannen eines biegsamen Materials, wie Tuch, Gaze, oder verstärkte Kunststoff-Folie, das in einer Halterung oder einem Rahmen angebracht wird, welcher Verwendung finden kann zu Ankündigungen, Warnungen oder Mitteilungen, Verkehrsgeboten an Wegen, öffentlichen Anlagen, Bahnhöfen, Gebäuden usw.,und von der Vorder- sowie von der Rückseite her beleuchtet werden kann und mit Aufschriften oder Signalandeutungen versehen sein kann, sowie durch Farbe oder Zeichen von der Umgebung unterscheidbar ist.
