Abstract

The invention relates to an invalid lift in a vehicle, in particular a bus. The invalid lift has a mechanical locking device operated by compressed air or hydraulically for the selective locking or unlocking of the lift frame (1) to the vehicle frame (2) in the floor plane of the vehicle. The locking device comprises a reception element (3) located on the frame (1) of the invalid lift and a locking element (4) which is located on the vehicle frame (2) via a mounting (6) and can selectively be moved into and out of the reception element (3). Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Behindertenlift in einem Fahrzeug, insbesondere Omnibus.The invention relates to a handicapped lift in a vehicle, in particular a bus.

Es werden in zunehmendem Maße Behindertenlifte in Omnibusse eingebaut. Im Zuge dieses Trends werden an diese Lifte auch immer höhere Anforderungen gestellt.Disabled lifts are increasingly being installed in buses. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen an einem Behindertenlift zu optimieren.The object of the invention is to optimize the safety precautions on a handicapped lift.

Dies wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine mechanische, druckluft- oder hydraulisch betätigte Verriegelungseinrichtung zur wahlweisen Ver- oder Entriegelung des Liftrahmens mit dem Fahrzeugrahmen in der Fußbodenebene des Fahrzeugs erreicht. Solcherart ist die obere Endstellung des Liftes in der Fußbodenebene des Fahrzeuges nicht durch die Endstellung eines hydraulischen oder druckluftbetätigten Antriebes, der Leckagen aufweisen kann, oder eines elektrischen Antriebes genau festgelegt. Vielmehr wird die fluidbedingte Endstellung durch die erfindungsgemäße mechanische Arretiereinrichtung redundant gesichert, so daß auch bei Ausfall der Fluidik, oder durch Verwindung der Liftplattform oder des Fahrzeugbodenrahmens durch Erschütterung beim Befahren schlechter Straßen, kein Absinken des Liftes möglich ist. Die Arretierstellung wird durch einen als Federspeicherzylinder ausgebildeten Druckluftzylinder erzielt, wobei die Arretierstellung auch hier unabhängig von dem Funktionieren des Druckluft- oder Hydraulikgebers allein durch die mechanische Druckfeder vorgegeben ist. So ist auch hier gewährleistet, daß es kein Absinken des Behindertenliftniveaus vom Fußbodenniveau des Omnibusses geben kann. Die Entriegelung zwischen Fahrzeugrahmen und Liftrahmen erfolgt dann durch Beaufschlagung der der Druckfeder entgegengesetzten Kolbenfläche mit Druckluft, im Notfall von einer Fremddruckluftquelle aus.This is achieved according to the invention by a mechanical, compressed air or hydraulically actuated locking device for optionally locking or unlocking the lift frame with the vehicle frame in the floor level of the vehicle. Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen einen Liftrahmen 1 mit einem darin angeordneten Aufnahmeelement 3, daß eine kegelige oder kugelförmige Aufnahmebohrung 17 aufweist. Im Fahrzeugrahmen 2 ist eine Lagerbuchse 5 angeordnet, in der ein zylindrisches Verriegelungselement 4 längsverschieblich gelagert ist. Das Verriegelungselement 4 ist an seinem freien Ende 18 komplementär zu der Aufnahmebohrung 17 des Aufnahmeelementes 3 ausgebildet. Das Verriegelungselement 4 ist Endstück der mit dem Kolben 15 verbundenen Kolbenstange 16. Der Kolben 15 ist in dem als Federspeicherzylinder ausgebildeten Druckluftzylinder 7 angeordnet, wobei auf der der Kolbenstange entgegengesetzten Seite eine Druckfeder 8 eingebaut ist, die die Arretierstellung des Verriegelungselementes 4 in das Aufnahmeelement 3 des Liftrahmens 1 bewirkt. Der Druckluftzylinder 7 ist an einer Halterung 6 des Fahrzeugrahmens 2 befestigt. Soll die Verriegelung zwischen Liftrahmen 1 und Fahrzeugrahmen 2 gelöst werden, so wird der Druckluftzylinder 7 über die Leitung 14, in der ein 3/2-Wege-Ventil 13 eingebaut ist, beaufschlagt. Bei Betätigung des Behindertenliftes wird unter Einhaltung einer bestimmten Vorlaufzeit über das 3/2-Wege-Magnetventil 13 Druckluft in den Druckluftzylinder 7 geleitet, dabei wird die Druckfeder 8 zusammengedrückt und der Lift somit pneumatisch entriegelt. Um die Betätigungsgeschwindigkeit regulieren bzw. dämpfen zu können, kann in eine Leitung 14 eine Drossel 10 oder ein einstellbares Drosselventil 12 montiert werden, wobei mit dem Drosselventil 12 die Ver- und Entriegelung, oder nur jeweils die eine oder die andere Betätigungsrichtung gedämpft werden kann. Es ist weiterhin eine Entlüftungsleitung 9 vorgesehen, die den Sekundärraum des Federspeicherzylinders entlastet. In einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist der Druckluftzylinder 7 in der Lagerbuchse 5 zentriert und abgestützt.
