Abgesehen davon, daß es bei einem nicht optimal ausgeformten Gewinde des Flaschenhalses und/oder der Kappe oder auch einem nicht optimal ausgeformten Dorn dazu kommen kann, daß die mit dem Dorn eingestochene Öffnung schräg bezüglich der Längsachse verläuft, oder daß nach einer Entnahme einer Teilmenge und einem anschließenden Aufschrauben der Kappe eine zweite Öffnung eingestochen wird, was zur Folge hat, daß die Flüssigkeit in einer von der Längsachse abweichenden Richtung gegebenenfalls an mehreren Stellen austritt, was störend ist, hängt es von dem auf die Flüssigkeit ausgeübten Druck ab, ob die Flüssigkeit in mehr oder weniger großen Tropfen oder in Form eines Strahles abgegeben wird. Der Abschnitt 2 ist mit einem Innengewinde versehen, das mit dem Außengewinde 5 des Halses 3 korrespondiert, sich aber nicht in die den freien Endabschnitt bildende Zone hinein erstreckt. An den Abschnitt 2 schließt sich auf der dem Flaschenkörper 3' abgewandten Seite gleichachsig und einstückig ein als Tropfer 8 ausgebildeter Abschnitt an, der mit einem Außengewinde 9 versehen ist und dessen freies Ende halbkugelförmig abgerundet ist. An die am Übergang vom Abschnitt 2 zum Tropfer 8 vorhandene, innenliegende Stirnfläche 8' des Tropfers 8 ist in deren Zentrum ein kegelförmger Dorn 10 angeformt, dessen Spitze in das Innere des Abschnittes 2 weist. In der Mantelfläche dieses Dornes 10 münden Endabschnitte 11 des im übrigen gleichachsig zum Dorn 10 den Tropfer 8 durchdringenden Durchlaßkanales, der im Anschluß an die Endabschnitte 11 einen zylindrischen Mittelabschnitt 12 und im Anschluß an diesen einen sich zum halbkugelförmigen Ende des Tropfers 8 erweiternden, konischen Abschnitt 13 aufweist. Sowohl der Mittelabschnitt 12 als auch der konische Abschnitt 13 werden bei der Herstellung mittels eines Kalibrierdornes kalibriert. Wie die Figur zeigt, ist der Durchmesser des Mittelabschnittes 12 wesentlich kleiner als seine axiale Länge, was auch für den konischen Abschnitt 13 gilt, der einen relativ kleinen Konuswinkel hat. Im Ausführungsbeispiel beträgt er etwa 8°. Die Ausgestaltung des Durchlaßkanales und insbesondere seiner beider Abschnitte 12 und 13 kann auch anders gewählt werden müssen, da sie von den Eigenschaften der Flüssigkeit, beispielsweise deren Viskosität und Oberflächenspannung, sowie von der Tropfengröße und davon abhängt, ob eine Abgabe in Tropfenform oder in Form eines Strahles gewünscht wird.The
Zur Abdeckung des Tropfers 8 ist eine topfförmige Schutzhaube 14 vorgesehen, die wie die Kappe 1 aus Kunststoff besteht. Die Schutzhaube 14 ist mit einem mit dem Außengewinde des Tropfers 8 korrespondierende Innengewinde versehen und erstreckt sich nahezu bis an die am Übergang vom Abschnitt 2 zum Tropfer 8 gebildete Außenschulter der Kappe 1. Wie die Figur zeigt, ist im Zentrum des Bodens der Schutzhaube 14 an dessen Innenseite ein Zapfen 15 einstückig angeformt, welcher in den konischen Abschnitt 13 eingreift und diesen dicht verschließt, wenn die Schutzhaube 14 vollständig auf den Tropfer 8 aufgeschraubt ist.To cover the
Sofern die Flasche mit der Kappe 1 auf den Markt kommt, ist die Kappe 1 so weit auf den Hals 3 aufgeschraubt, daß sich das freie Ende des Abschnittes 2 bis zu dem Ringwulst 7 des Halses 3 erstreckt, wie dies die Figur zeigt. Diese Position ist daran leicht zu erkennen, daß dann, wenn die Kappe 1 noch weiter auf den Hals 3 aufgeschraubt wird, der Abschnitt 2 in Anlage an den Ringwulst 7 kommt und damit ein erhöhtes Drehmoment aufgebracht werden muß. Der Dorn 10 befindet sich, wenn die Kappe 1 bis zum Ringwulst 7 auf den Hals 3 aufgeschraubt ist, in Anlage oder nahezu in Anlage am Verschlußteil 4. Wenn nunmehr der Inhalt der Flasche entnommen werden soll, wird die Kappe 1 vollständig auf den Hals 3 aufgeschraubt. Da hierbei der Dorn 10 das Verschlußteil 4 durchstößt und außerdem der Ringwulst 7 überwunden werden muß, muß ein deutlich spürbar erhöhtes Drehmoment aufgebracht werden, was jedoch dank der Längsriffelung der Außenmantelfläche des Abschnittes 2 keine Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Wenn der Dorn 10 vollständig den Verschlußteil 4 durchstoßen hat, liegt dessen äußere Stirnfläche an der den Dorn 10 tragenden Stirnfläche 8' des Tropfers 8 an. Außerdem münden die Endabschnitte 11 des Durchlaßkanales des Tropfers in dem Innenraum des Halses 3. Nunmehr braucht nur noch die Schutzhaube 14 abgeschraubt zu werden, um den Inhalt der Flasche in Form von einzelnen Tropfen definierter, reproduzierbarer Größe oder, falls der Durchlaßkanal für eine Flüssigkeitsabgabe in Form eines Strahles definierter Größe ausgebildet ist, in Form eines Strahles entnehmen zu können.If the bottle with the
