Claims (12)

  1. Contact à couteau pour connecteurs électriques, comprenant une partie de contact en forme de bande, un corps d'appui pouvant être fixé au boîtier du connecteur et des pattes de sertissage pour bloquer un conducteur électrique et sa gaine isolante, ledit contact à couteau étant constitué d'une pièce plane en tôle découpée comprenant une portion (8) sensiblement rectangulaire qui s'étend sur des longueurs partielles de celle-ci et qui peut être pliée pour former la partie de contact (3), comprenant des languettes (9) qui font saillie sur chacun des côtés de la portion (8) et peuvent être repliées pour former le corps d'appui, et comprenant des languettes disposées sur la portion (8) pour former les pattes de sertissage, caractérisé en ce que la portion (8) formant la partie de contact (3) est, conjointement avec les deux languettes (9), rabattue sur elle-même à 180 degrés sur une longueur partielle sensiblement axiale le long d'une ligne de pliage (12) située sur l'axe de symétrie pour obtenir des plans parallèles, et en ce que les languettes (9) sont repliées vers l'extérieur.
  2. Contact à couteau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (9) comportent des portions arquées (9') et, sur les portions arquées (9'), des portions planes (9").
  3. Contact à couteau selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les portions arquées (9') et les portions planes (9") font saillie sur la portion (8) formant la partie de contact (3).
  4. Contact à couteau selon la revendication 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone des languettes (9), la portion (8) présente, conjointement avec les languettes (9), une section transversale sensiblement en forme de méandres transversalement à la direction d'enfichage.
  5. Contact à couteau selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les portions planes (9") des languettes (9) s'étendent de manière plane et parallèles entre elles.
  6. Contact à couteau selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les portions planes (9") des languettes (9) sont conçues pour s'étendre en biais vers l'extérieur en direction de l'extrémité libre.
  7. Contact à couteau selon la revendication 1, 2, 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (9) sont conçues en tout ou en partie avec une possibilité de déformation élastique transversalement au plan de la ligne de pliage (12).
  8. Contact à couteau selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la portion plane (9") d'au moins une languette (9) est repliée transversalement au plan de la ligne de pliage (12) sur une longueur partielle et/ou sur une largeur partielle afin de former un corps d'appui en forme de caisson tubulaire.
  9. Contact à couteau selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone des portions arquées (9'), les languettes (9) comporte au moins une empreinte ou un relief (15), par exemple une moulure, servant de renfort.
  10. Contact à couteau selon la revendication 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (9) comportent des évidements (18) dans la zone des portions arquées et/ou sur des largeurs partielles des portions planes.
  11. Contact à couteau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, à son extrémité libre d'enfichage, la portion (8) formant la partie de contact (3) comporte, dans la ligne de pliage (12), une fente (20) sur une longueur partielle, et en ce que les extrémités des portions de partie de contact (8', 8") s'étendant à côté de la fente (20) sont repliées vers l'extrémité libre et appliquées l'une contre l'autre.
  12. Contact à couteau selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que, dans les zones de bords des arêtes longitudinales, les portions de partie de contact (8, 8") comportent des décrochements (23).
