Definitions
- the invention relates to a method with a device for processing Stoffge close.
- a device is also known (cf., for example, DE-A-2 032 774), which separates bone, cartilage and tendon components on the one hand from the lean meat and fat components on the other hand more or less satisfactorily technically and economically.
- meat grinders cf. manual of food technology recuperndl / Fischer / Schmidhofer / Sinell, pages 402/403
- separation set for meat grinders cf. manual of food technology recuperators (cf. manual of food technology recuperndl / Fischer / Schmidhofer / Sinell, pages 402/403), which contains bone, cartilage and tendon components to a certain extent from suitably prepared slaughtering material Removed the circumference and outputs the remaining meat and fat components for further use, although a separation of meat and fat is no longer possible.
- the invention has for its object to provide a novel method and device for the preparation of mixtures, in particular slaughtering material, which eliminate these difficulties with minimal effort and without changing the components and Allow grouping according to approximately the same material properties.
- Comminution device can be used, which, however, must be modified accordingly in order to obtain portions of a certain size.
- the mixture of substances which is specifically comminuted in this way is then divided by means of a portioning element into portions which are so small that they can essentially only be of one type of component in view of the previous conditioning.
- a transfer device then causes these portions to be further processed so that, despite later re-merging, they no longer stick together and can subsequently be fed via a collecting and conveying unit to the actual separation process which brings about the separation of the individual batch components that are ultimately desired.
- the portioning element is provided with openings which are designed in such a way that they can only take up and store one portion given by the previous conditioning of the batch, one largely achieves that either only one or the other in the corresponding openings Batch component type occurs.
- the physical and / or chemical treatment of the portions ensures that they can no longer stick together after reunification. This is done, for example, by connecting the portions after their removal from the openings of the portioning element with a medium which influences the surfaces of the portions in such a way that physical and / or chemical bonding of the portion is no longer possible. This medium is expediently used equally for removing the portions from the openings of the portioning element and for collecting and transporting them for output to the actual separation processes.
- this is done by using a medium of such a type, temperature and pressure that the portions to be frozen freeze and can be kept in suspension in the liquefied or foam-like medium and can be conveyed further.
- An embodiment of the invention according to claims 29 to 31 with a perforated drum, a perforated disk or a perforated belt as a portioning element leads to a device, in which the output part of a known device for the rough separation of soft and hard batch components can be used for the continuous implementation of the separation process.
- the portioning element is provided with a sliding seal, which enables the portions located in the openings to be emptied through the medium under conditions other than ambient pressure and temperature.
- the medium used is carbon dioxide (CO 2, Vulgo carbonic acid) in the gaseous, liquid and solid (Vulgo carbonic acid snow) phase.
- CO 2 carbon dioxide
- Vulgo carbonic acid Vulgo carbonic acid
- the portioning device, in the lock and in the collecting unit ensure that the food content of the food is not changed, is preserved by rapid freezing and is converted into solid particles, which is of great advantage for further processing processes.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows a top view of a device equipped with a portioning device in the form of a perforated drum
- FIG. 2 schematically shows a partial side view of FIG. 1.
- the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 consists of a comminution device 1, a portioning device with a portioning element in the form of a perforated drum 2, eortioning openings 3 in the perforated drum which accommodate the substance mixture components (portions) 4, a lock 5, consisting of an emptying unit 6 and a collecting unit 7, a conveying device 8, a compressor 9, valves 10 and 11, an output unit 12, a cooler 13, a separator 14, and a separating device 15.
- the material mixture pretreated by comminution and / or screening is pressed into the portioning openings 3 of the perforated drum 2 by the comminution device 1, which in this example is a meat grinder that is somewhat modified on the output side.
- the drive of the meat grinder is set so that there is an approximately 80% filling of the portioning openings 3 in correlation with the speed of rotation of the drum.
- the portioning openings 3 filled with the batch components 4 enter the lock 5.
- liquid CO 2 is fed as a conveying and treatment medium via the valve 11 to the emptying unit 6. Its pressure is adjusted so that it is able to fully press out the contents of the portioning opening in the lock during the dwell time and to convey them into the collecting unit 7.
- the distribution of the medium flow over the entire width of the lock ensures that the portioning openings are emptied evenly.
- the expressed and now divided portions of the batch enter the conveying path of the liquid medium, the flow of which is adjusted via the valve 10 and a corresponding drive speed of the conveying device 8 so that the portions cool down almost to the temperature of the liquid medium can, but on the other hand evaporates as little medium as possible.
- the conveying device 8 is a centrifugal pump, the blades of which finally separate portions that are still sticking together.
- the batch particles suspended in the medium pass onto a rotating sieve through which the liquid medium drips off and is collected on the bottom.
- the pressure is also set such that medium adhering to the portions can evaporate, so that it is frozen, via a pressure lock connected to the output unit, unchanged, but isolated, from the device for further processing in the separating device 15 for further processing become.
- Liquid and gaseous medium are liquefied from the corresponding cavities by the compressor 9 via the cooler 13 and fed to the process again.

Abstract
The invention relates to a method and a device for the preparation of mixtures of materials, process according to which the mixture of materials is divided into portions of determined sizes, said mixture having been fragmented and / or sieved with a view to dividing into portions, after whereby the portions obtained continue to be treated in such a way that after being brought together again, they do not adhere to one another and, finally, they can be brought, individually, to a separation process during which they are grouped according to the properties of substantially similar materials.
