Claims (5)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de transmission à denture externe à partir d'un flan métallique (1) comprenant une surface de moyeu (12) et une couronne dentée périphérique formée d'une couronne de pied (11) et de dents (10) qui en dépassent vers l'extérieur, laquelle couronne dentée s'étend sensiblement perpendiculairement à la surface de moyeu (12), le flan métallique (1) étant bordé au niveau de sa circonférence, et la bordure (6, 17) étant aplatie dans un logement (7) d'un outil (2) et étant munie de dents (10), caractérisé en ce que la bordure (6, 17) est aplatie, c'est-à-dire formée sans copeaux, avec formation simultanée des dents (10) dans un logement (8) d'un rouleau à dents (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à partir du flan métallique, il est fabriqué une ébauche (16) pourvue d'une bordure (17) et d'une bride (18) s'y raccordant et s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à la surface de moyeu (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bordure (6, 17) est réalisé au moyen d'un rouleau de formage conformé en rouleau à dents (5, 20).
- Dispositif de fabrication d'un élément de transmission à denture externe, dans lequel le profilage est effectué par pression après approche d'au moins un rouleau à dents, au moyen de celui-ci, avec aplatissement simultané d'une bordure, un outil (2, 2a) étant monté fixe sur une broche de montage, le rouleau à dents (5, 20) étant placé sur un chariot (21) qui peut être déplacé en direction de l'outil (2), la broche de montage qui supporte l'outil portant une roue à chaîne (23) et l'arbre (24) qui entraîne le rouleau à dents (5, 20), avec interposition d'un boîtier à engrenages dans le même sens de rotation que l'outil portant une roue à chaîne (25), étant reliés l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une chaîne (26), deux rouleaux de renvoi et de tension (27, 28) montés sur un chariot (29) étant intercalés sur cette chaîne et étant réglables, par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif hydraulique (30) à piston et cylindre, par rapport au chariot (21) portant l'arbre (24), et agissant en tant que tendeurs de chaîne.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par des vis de réglage (31, 32) permettant un réglage des rouleaux de tension (27, 28).
