Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif de surjetage bidirectionnel, pour coudre des points de remaillage, avec une plaque d'aiguille (2, 22) et un clapet de remaillage inférieur (12, 32), associé à l'aiguille, servant à former des boucles de remaillage, en vue de faire avancer la couture, tourner dans la direction du déplacement de l'ouvrage, et un dispositif de transport d'ouvrage (60, 62), caractérisé en ce que le clapet de remaillage (12, 32) est disposé déplaçable, en vue de faire avancer la couture, par rapport à la plaque d'aiguille (2, 22), ainsi que par rapport à un clapet de remaillage (14, 34) servant à la couture en arrière, et ce qu'est prévu un dispositif de transport en arrière de l'ouvrage.
  2. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport en arrière travaille indépendamment de la machine.
  3. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des clapets de remaillage auxiliaires sont prévus à titre d'éléments de formation de points lors de la couture en arrière.
  4. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 1, 2, ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'aiguille (2) porte un porte clapet (10) réglable de façon linéaire dans la direction du transport.
  5. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le porte clapet (10) porte les deux clapets de remaillage (12,14), orientés l'un vers l'autre, situés sensiblement sur une ligne, dont les pointes, disposées avec un espacement (d) prédéterminé l'une par rapport à l'autre, peuvent être positionnées au choix au niveau d'un évidement de plaque d'aiguille (8).
  6. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'aiguille (22) porte un porte clapet (30) discoïde, tourillonnant autour d'un axe de rotation (38) perpendiculaire au plan de la plaque d'aiguille, dans une plage angulaire définie.
  7. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le porte clapet discoïde (30) porte dans sa zone périphérique les deux clapets de remaillage (32,34) dont les pointes sont situées l'une en face de l'autre, avec un espacement prédéterminé, et qui se trouvent dans l'une et l'autre position finale de la plage angulaire, dans une position destinée au travail vers l'avant, respectivement vers l'arrière.
  8. Dispositif de surjetage selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu' est prévu un mécanisme de réglage (40 à 56) un dispositif de surjetage, qui actionne le porte clapet (30), pourvu d'une denture (40), avec un segment denté (40) actionné par une tringlerie (50,52).
  9. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réglage présente des butés (54,56) au moyen desquelles sont définies des positions de travail des clapets de remaillage (31,34).
  10. Dispositif de surjetage selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le porte clapet (10,30) est introduit, escamoté dans la plaque d'aiguille (2,22).
  11. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une piste (16,36) destinée à au moins une partie du dispositif de transport d'ouvrage (60,62) s'étend sur le porte clapet.
  12. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport d'ouvrage est réalisé sous forme de transporteur à pinces, avec une pince inférieure (58) et une pince supérieure (60), la pince inférieure (58) étant guidée à travers la piste (36) de la plaque d'aiguille (22).
  13. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 4 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le porte clapet (10,30) est déplacé par la commande de la machine dans la position correspondant en avant ou en arrière.
  14. Dispositif de surjetage selon une des revendications 1 à 13, avec un dispositif de découpage de bordure, présentant une lame inférieure et une lame supérieure, déplacées à la cadence de l'aiguille de remaillage, caractérisé en ce que la lame inférieure du dispositif de découpage de bordure est mobile.
  15. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la lame inférieure du dispositif de découpage de bordure est couplée à un dispositif d'actionnement, par exemple un vérin pneumatique, pouvant être commandé par la commande de la machine lors du travail en marche arrière, afin de ramener la lame inférieure hors de la zone de découpage.
  16. Dispositif de surjetage selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce qu'en plus est prévu un transport supérieur, intégré dans le pied de biche du dispositif de surjetage, assurant le transport de l'ouvrage lors du travail en marche avant, tandis que le transporteur à pince (60, 62) assure le transport de l'ouvrage lors du travail en marche arrière.
  17. Dispositif de surjetage selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le porte clapet (10, 30) est réglable par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre, par un entraînement en rotation, de préférence pneumatique, ou par un aimant tournant.
