Für die Türen eines Personenkraftwagens mit einem maximal zugelassenen Öffnungswinkel von weniger als 90° ist ein derartiger Türfeststeller aus der GB-PS 637 992 bekannt. Bei diesem mit einem Türscharnier baulich vereinigten Türfeststeller ist der eine Scharnierflügel über seine gesamte Höhe hin als zur Scharnierachse excentrische Kurvenbahn ausgebildet und mit einer einem am anderen Scharnierflügel verstellbar angeordneten Rastmittel zugeordneten Rastenanordnung versehen. Das Rastmittel ist dabei durch eine über eine Blattfeder in Einrückrichtung belastete, sich über die gesamte Höhe des einen Schernierflügels hin erstreckende Walze gebildet, derart, daß die das Rastmittel bildende Walze beim Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Öffnungslage der Tür mit der am einen Scharnierflügel vorgesehenen Rastenanordnung in Eingriff gelangt und so die Tür in dieser Öffnungslage festgehalten wird. Solche Türfeststeller sind zum einen mit dem Nachteil behaftet, daß eine großbauende Raumform des Türscharnieres erforderlich ist und damit diese mit einem Feststeller verbundenen Türscharniere nur dort angewandt werden können, wo ein ausreichender Einbauraum vorhanden ist. Zum anderen kann ein mit einem solcherart ausgebildeten Feststeiler ausgerüstetes Türscharnier keinen größeren Öffnungswinkel als maximal 90° aufweisen. Ferner kann mit einem derartigen Tür feststeller nur eine vergleichsweise geringe Haltekraft erzielt werden, die von der Belastungsfeder auf das Rastmittel ausgeübte Einrückkraft beim Schließen der Tür leicht überwindbar sein muß.Such a door arrester is known from GB-PS 637 992 for the doors of a passenger car with a maximum permitted opening angle of less than 90 °. Diese Ausbildung des mit dem Türscharnier baulich vereinigten Türfeststellers zeichnet sich zunächst dadurch aus daß sie mit einem geringstmöglichen Aufwand realisierbar ist und einen sehr geringen Bedarf an Einbauraum hat. Das mit einem Türfeststeller baulich vereinigte Türscharnier ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel als Flügelscharnier dargestellt und besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem ersten 1 und einem zweiten Scharnierflügel 2, die vermittels eines Scharnierstiftes 3 schwenkgelenkig miteinander verbunden sind. Beide Scharnierflügel weisen Scharnieraugen 4,5 bzw. 6 auf, wobei der eine Scharnierflügel zwei außenliegende Scharnieraugen 4 und 5 und der andere Scharnierflügel ein zwischen die beiden außenliegenden Scharnieraugen 4 und 5 des einen Scharnierflügels eingreifendes mittleres Scharnierauge 6 aufweist. Bei der in den Figuren 1 bis 4 dargestellten Ausführungsform besteht der Türfeststeller aus einem mit dem Scharnierauge 5 des einen Scharnierflügels 1 verbundenen Widerlagerelement 7 und einer am anderen Scharnierflügel 2 gegen die Last einer Feder 8 um eine quer zur Scharnierachse 3 gerichtete Achse 10 schwenkbar gelagerten Klinke 9. Das Widerlagerelement 7 ist dabei scheibenförmig gestaltet und an das Scharnierauge 4 anschließend einteilig mit dem einen Scharnierflügel 1 ausgebildet. In seinem sich radial zur Scharnierachse 3 erstreckenden Bereich 11 ist das Widerlagerelement 7 mit radial gerichteten, eine rechteckige Grundrißform aufweisenden Rastausnehmungen 12 versehen, deren Flankenflächen vom Umfang des Widerlagerelementes zum Ausnehmungsgrund hin unter einem Anstellwinkel von 1 bis 2° konvergierend verlaufen. Den Rastausnehmungen 12 ist ein an der Klinke 9 ausgebildeter Eingriffszahn 13 mit im wesentlichen rechteckiger Querschnittsform zugeordnet.
