Claims (10)

  1. Sac d'évacuation de déchets, se composant
    - d'un élément de poche flexible fermé à la partie basse,
    - d'une collerette de sac, rigide par rapport au reste de la matière, qui enferme l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément de poche flexible et qui est reliée de façon ferme à ce dernier;
    - et d'un couvercle avec lequel l'élément de poche doit être assemblé de façon étanche dans la zone de la collerette de sac, la collerette de sac (2, 2′, 2˝, 2˝′) à poignée (7; 20) montée sur le couvercle, présente sur sa périphérie des éléments d'appui (4) pour le couvercle (3, 3′, 3˝, 3˝′), de sorte que le couvercle peut être facilement soulevé, appliqué sur ou dans la collerette de sac,
       caractérisé en ce que des éléments d'encliquetage (10, 12, 16, 16′) qui coopèrent avec des éléments compatibles (5, 13, 17, 17′) du couvercle (3, 3′, 3˝) sont disposés au-dessous des éléments d'appui, de sorte que le couvercle peut être relié de façon fixe à la collerette.
  2. Sac selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la structure du couvercle (3) est celle d'un couvercle en cloche, la collerette de sac comprenant un bord retourné (4) agissant comme élément d'appui et d'encliquetage.
  3. Sac selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la structure du couvercle (3′) est celle d'un couvercle intérieur, qui peut être inséré dans la collerette (2′) et en ce que des taquets d'encliquetage (12) sont disposés à l'intérieur de la collerette de sac (2′) en tant qu'élément d'appui et d'encliquetage.
  4. Sac selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (3˝) est pourvu d'un bord (15) de section transversale en forme de U qui saisit par le dessus la collerette de sac (2˝), tant sur son côté intérieur que sur son côté extérieur sur au moins une partie de la hauteur de collerette et en ce que les éléments d'encliquetage (16, 16′) sont disposés sur le côté extérieur et/ou le côté intérieur et/ou le côté supérieur de la collerette de sac.
  5. Sac selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (3) est relié à la collerette de sac (2) par une charnière ou par une lanière flexible (18).
  6. Sac selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une serrure à verrou (21, 22) est disposée entre le couvercle et la collerette de sac.
  7. Sac selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la structure de collerette de sac (2˝′) est d'un tracé polygonal en vue de dessus.
  8. Sac selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la collerette de sac est également flexible, mais cependant plus rigide que la matière de l'élément de poche (1).
  9. Sac selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la collerette de sac (2) est (également) pourvue d'au moins une poignée (19, 19′).
  10. Sac selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure du couvercle (3) est revêtue d'une partie de feuille (11), dont la matière est de préférence celle de l'élément de poche (1).
