Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de fil lisse à partir de filaments de matière synthétique thermoplastique, en particulier de fil lisse en polyester, dans lequel le fil (1) en matière synthétique est amené, au moyen d'un mécanisme débiteur (3) à un mécanisme de traction (4), est étiré entre le mécanisme débiteur (3) et le mécanisme de traction (4), est thermofixé et finalement bobiné,
    caractérisé en ce que le fil (1) en matière sythétique est étiré à froid entre le mécanisme débiteur (3) et le mécanisme de traction (4) avec un rapport d'étirage de 1,15 : 1 à 2,3 : 1 et est thermofixé sur le mécanisme de traction.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fil (1) en matière synthétique est étiré à froid à des vitesses de traction de 300 m/min à 1600 m/min, de préférence de 600 m/min à 1000 m/min.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le fil (1) en matière synthétique est étiré à froid à la température ambiante.
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le fil (1) en matière synthétique est thermofixé en présence d'une température de la surface du mécanisme de traction (4) entre 90°C et 250°C, en fonction d'un retrait à obtenir par cuisson ou par traitement à l'air chaud compris entre 2% et 40%.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme fil (1) en matière synthétique un fil de polyester qui consiste en un faisceau de filaments orientés, non étirés, et de filaments de polyester tirés d'une filière à une vitesse de sortie d'au moins 2500 m/min, constitués de préférence d'un polyester POY ayant un titre de 40 dtex à 6000 dtex.
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un fil de polyester non étiré ayant une biréfringence d'au moins 0,023 et un allongement à la rupture entre 55% et 180% est étiré à froid.
  7. Dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 6, avec une bobine dérouleuse (2), un mécanisme débiteur (3), un mécanisme de traction (4) et une bobine réceptrice (5),
    caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de traction (4) présente une surface pouvant être chauffée pour la thermo-fixation du fil (1) en matière synthétique ou en polyester et en ce que la température de chauffage est réglable.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau séparateur (6) est associé au mécanisme de traction (4) pour le fil (1) en matière synthétique ou en polyester formant une boucle autour du mécanisme de traction.
