Description

The present invention relates to a multi-part packaging made of plastic for loose packaged goods.

Loose packaged goods such as flowable, free-flowing or in the broadest sense pourable materials, but also viscous or only spreadable substances or mixtures of substances, e.g. B. foods, cleaning agents or adhesives are usually packaged in containers impermeable to the packaged goods made of metal, glass or plastic and presented to the end user in packaged form. In the case of mass accumulation of the packaged goods, e.g. B. in the food sector, there is the problem that the packaging material is also produced in large quantities, which in some places has led to considerable technical problems. Not all of these problems can be solved by creating a deposit system in which the used containers are returned to the supplier in an emptied state, cleaned and refilled there (deposit bottles). Especially in the field of packaging with plastics, the reuse of emptied packaging containers is currently practiced only to a negligible extent, because the plastic containers are inherently very flexible and light, cleaning in the conventional sense is therefore not possible, and because of this Plastic adhering, partially decomposing residues of packaged goods, a return of the contaminated plastic in the manufacturing process is not technically feasible.

The object of the invention was therefore to provide a packaging made of plastic in which the packaged goods come into contact with the packaging container as little as possible and which nevertheless fulfills an adequate transport function, i. H. has sufficient mechanical stability and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of its protective function with regard to the durability of the packaged goods.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a packaging mentioned at the outset, the distinguishing feature of which is that an external, inherently stable outer packaging made of plastic interacts with an internal, flexible film made of plastic.

The outer packaging made of plastic preferably has the shape of a container with a lid. The interaction can alternatively be achieved by sealing, by clamping elements or by non-adherent lamination.

Some embodiments of packaging that are possible within the scope of the invention will be described in more detail below by way of example.
  • ° A bag made of a flexible plastic film, filled with product, is placed in a shaped, inherently stable outer packaging, the dimensions of the bag and the outer packaging largely matching. The shaped, stable repackaging takes on the transport function. The shaped outer packaging can be crystal clear or colored. Closure with lid made of the same packaging material, ie plastic packaging with e.g. B. polyethylene bag as content.
  • ° A laminate with extremely low bond strength is molded, filled and closed by sealing or snap closure. The outer packaging and inner packaging initially appear as one unit, but can simply be separated. Here too, the outer packaging is the transport part of the composite film packaging.
  • ° The outer packaging and the inner packaging are formed separately, then, since they have the same shape, they are joined, filled and closed. Sealing closures are possible which allow the "inner bag" to be fixed in the area of the sealing edge by the lid. Since two separate packs are only mechanically combined, later separation is possible without difficulty.
  • ° "Reusable system" for the outer packaging, a hollow part without lid and inner bag. The hollow body receives the inner bag fastened to the lid and closed by the lid. Only the lid and the inner bag are disposable parts, while the hollow body is a reusable part. Since the outer packaging does not come into direct contact with the packaged goods, cleaning is easy.

The invention is to be explained in more detail by way of example with the accompanying drawing: In the single figure, a vertical section through the sealing edge area of a packaging according to the invention, not shown completely, is shown in a side view.

The outer packaging 1 and the lid 2 are emphasized by reference numerals, which can both consist of the same plastic material. The inner bag 3 is also visible in the illustration and is held in the immediate vicinity of the sealing area 4.
