Definitions
- the invention relates to an espagnolette lock with a latch and a bolt which, like the locking elements, can be moved into the unlocking position by pushing up the respective handle and by pushing down the handle located on the inside of the door, with a key-operated locking cylinder.
- the different locking elements such as locking pins and bolts
- the locking elements are unlocked by pressing the lever handle down.
- the latch is separated from the other functions with the Key operated via the locking cylinder. If the locking elements are not brought into the final position by pulling up the lever handle, only the lock latch is actuated by pressing the lever handle down.
- a pushrod lock which can be actuated by means of a pusher and which can be closed by means of a key and a nut having an opening for a pusher arbor is known, which has at least one pushrod in via a positive engagement with a coupling element when rotating in the opposite direction to the latch actuation Pushes the closed position, and with a control segment displaceable by key actuation, which decouples the positive drive connection between the nut and the drive rod when the key is turned into the closed position when the drive rod is in the closed position.
- there should be an engagement lock between the nut and the coupling element which after the key is turned in the unlocked position is only lifted in a certain relative position between the nut and the coupling element.
- the engagement lock is formed by a nose support surface of the lock nut, which cooperates with a nose of the coupling element.
- the coupling element is a rack pivotably mounted between its ends on a connecting rod connecting piece, which has one end of the nose, to which a counter toothing meshing with a toothed segment of the nut connects, and which otherwise interacts with the control segment via a pin / recess handle, the toothed rack passing through Displacement of the control segment up to the coupling or uncoupling of the tooth engagement can be pivoted through an angle.
- the pin / recess handle is lifted in the open position of the drive rod, the pin moving into the recess open to the edge of the control segment when the drive rod is displaced in the closed position.
- the toothed segment of the nut should have two toothed side edges, the nose contact surface cooperating with the control section adjoining one toothed side edge.
- the gear is to be arranged non-rotatably on a rocker with its end forming the slot / pin engagement to the bolt and is guided in a longitudinally movable manner relative to the touring pusher, in that the stationary one Rack is opposite a rack of the touring pusher that meshes with the gear running parallel.
- the rocker lies in a rear recess in the broad area of the bolt tail.
- the touring pusher is fork-shaped and overlaps the broad sides of the bolt tail and is guided with a rib in the lock base and carries a tumbler plate that can be controlled with a rear-facing shoulder in front of and behind a housing pin.
- the gearwheel axis and the rocker pin lie in the dead bolt position on a dead center line extending in the dead bolt direction.
- the invention is based on the object of designing an espagnolette lock of the required type in such a way that it locks from the outside and inside of the door - that is, all bolts are extended - but only from the outside a key can be opened again, which also applies to the additional bolts.
- espagnolette lock can be locked from the inside by pulling up the lever handle and can be unlocked again by pushing it down, as can be unlocked from the outside by pulling up the lever handle, but cannot be unlocked again by pressing the lever handle down. This is only possible by pressing the key.
- a further return part is provided which surrounds the corresponding square and which, by means of spring pressure, erects the door handle again after it has been pressed down.
- the invention also enables a simple, compact spatial shape.
- One, continuously and larger in diameter The square of the handle arbor is located on the inside of the door, while the other, separate handle part is on the outside of the door.
- the change-over slide interacts on the one hand with the key or a key bit that can be actuated by the key, and on the other hand acts on a slide to move it into a position in which the two lock nut parts are non-rotatably coupled to one another.
- Claim 2 describes the special lock nut structure. Since the parts are inserted into each other, this nut builds very compact, so that the outer dimensions of the lock do not increase. Compared to conventional multi-point locks of this type, no change in dimensions can be seen from the outside.
- Claim 4 describes the retrieval member, while Pa tent pipe 5 illustrates a latch.
- Claim 7 describes a rod drive and Pa tent Claim 8 the locking drive.
- a special latch guide can be seen from claim 9 .

Furthermore, the section 107 engages in the central opening 58 of the nut body 55. Depending on the position of the slide 76, the section 107 can also enter the sector-shaped extensions 85 and 86 of the slide 76 and the sector-shaped extensions 73 and 74 of the nut body 55. The arrangement is such that when the slide 76 moves in the direction X (FIG.

- the length of the section 108 is dimensioned such that its end face 109 is flush with the end face 117 (FIG. 2) of the presser mandrel 49.
- the pusher mandrel 49 can be inserted with its front side opposite the front side 117 into a square opening which is adapted in shape and runs coaxially to the central opening 58 until the front side opposite the front side 117 is flush with an end side Stops wall that lies immediately behind the plane of the central opening with the sector-shaped extensions of the central opening 58 of the nut body 55.
- the movement of the slide 76 is controlled by the change slide 10 in the X or Y direction.
- the nut lever 52 and the lever 88 lie between two spaced stops 118 and 119 (FIG. 1).
- the stop 118 is formed in one piece with a sheet metal strip 120, which runs parallel to a side wall 121 projecting orthogonally from the lock base 1 and is guided directly on the inside thereof.

- the stop 119 is arranged, which is connected in one piece to a rod 125 which extends through the spaced guide bearings 126 and 127.
- a compression spring 128 loads the rod 125 and thus the stop 119 also in the direction of the nut lever 52 and the lever 88, so that the two stops 118 and 119 are spring loaded against each other.
- the guide bearings 126 and 127 are arranged fixed to the housing and can be part of a materially one-piece bearing block which extends orthogonally from the lock base 1 and is firmly connected to it.
- Reference numeral 129 denotes a latch spring which acts on the latch 5 resiliently outwards
- 130 denotes a slide spring which is designed as a leaf spring and is arranged on a stop 131 fixed to the housing and the slide 76 constantly in the direction Y (FIG. 2 ), so loaded in such a direction and moves it that the lock cannot be opened from the outside of the door again after the door has been locked or the door has slammed without a key.

- the handle pins 49 or 64 are pivoted upwards (seen in the drawing plane of FIG. 1) from the inside or outside, this has the consequence that the nut body 55 and thus the nut levers 52, 53 and 54 in the clockwise direction (at Consideration of Fig. 1) can be pivoted.
- the nut lever 54 presses against the inside 132 (FIG.
- the rod drive 35 pulls it down (seen in the plane of the drawing in FIG. 1).
- the pin 39 moves in the slot of the lock cover 1, in which it is guided.
- the pinion 21 rolls on the toothing 22 of the push rod 23, on the one hand, and on the rack 20, on the other hand, of the bolt guide 18, which is fixedly mounted in the lock housing.
- the rod drive 35 slides with its pin 40 in the slot 34 of the lock cover 1.
- the push rod 23 executes a lifting movement from the lock housing.
- the pinion 21 and the toothing 22 can be carried out a correspondingly large stroke.
- the slide 76 is pressed down by the slide spring 130. This has the consequence that contrary to the Clockwise (in Fig. 1) seen from the side of the arbor 64 - the return member 87 moves empty according to the radians of the kidney-shaped recesses 90 and 91, ie the lock nut is not taken. This is due to the fact that the slider 76, which is moved downward, that is to say in the direction Y (FIG. 2), causes the sector-shaped recesses 85 and 86 of the slider 76 to coincide with the corresponding kidney-shaped recesses of the nut body 55 (FIG. 29).
