Description

The invention relates to a traffic system for urban traffic with a two-track rail system, in particular running above the cabins, forming the main route, with overtaking possibilities for the cabins holding in the stations, the cab ready for departure in the station being able to be introduced into the main route by means of a known traction drive and can be coupled to an endless pull rope known per se arranged along the main route.

Traffic systems are known in which two cars are operated in shuttle mode between two end points and possibly have a middle station at the meeting point. These known traffic systems are generally served by funicular railways or cable railway as well as on mountain railways according to the type of AT-PS 383.783, the disadvantage of which is the coupling of movement of the opposite car and the relative inability to adapt to the required frequency. In order to create greater scope here, orbits with detachable cabins were developed, with the traffic being handled between two end points. If several stations were required, several railways were connected in series, whereby the intermediate station could be changed or the entire railroad could be traveled over from one cabin. Disadvantages are the compulsory station at the end points and the own drive of each section, although it could be merged in the common intermediate station, and the resultant large personnel expenditure.
Furthermore, according to FR-A-74 11700, traffic systems in city traffic with a two-track rail system forming the main route with overtaking possibilities for the cabins holding the stations are known, the cab ready for departure in the station being able to be introduced into the main route by means of a known traction drive a known endless traction cable arranged along the main route is provided for coupling.
The invention has set itself the task of automating the system with little personnel and set up for self-driving.

The invention is characterized in that an electronic call system is installed in the stations and that station selection devices for the destination station are arranged in the cabins.

The invention enables an at least partially street-independent line taxi service on a second traffic level, whereby instead of a cab driver a personnel-saving automated control is possible, which in the end enables a means of transport that is competitive with the mass means of transport, which can also be regarded as reducing traffic noise due to the low-noise cable drive. Further essential features of the invention are specified in subclaims 2 to 8.

The invention is shown for example and schematically in FIGS. 1 to 5.

Fig. 1 shows a traffic system in plan, Fig. 2 shows a station in the partial circuit diagrams a and b, in Fig. 3, the traffic system in the above-ground area is shown in two partial representations, while Fig. 4 shows the transition from the above-ground to the underground area represents, and in Fig. 5 the route is given by a suspension cable, whereby a greater distance can be overcome without support.

In Fig. 1, a traffic system between two end stations 16 is shown in plan, which essentially consist of a deflection station and to which a station 3 may be connected. The route itself is symbolized by the pull rope 2, the stations 3 can be arranged on both sides in any direction or only on one side for one direction at a relaxed distance.

The vehicle can then be parked briefly on the side track 6 in order to cope with the entry and exit. In order to enable long-term parking of the cabins, a cabin storage 8 is arranged in FIG are needed.

Das Zugseil 2 ist unterhalb der Tragschiene 9 angeordnet.FIG. 3a shows a track section in which the vehicle is moved as a hanging cabin 12. The cabin depends on a mounting rail 9, which is attached to supports 11, the traffic being conducted under the floor of the cabin 12. The pull cable 2 is arranged below the mounting rail 9.

In Fig. 3b a variant is shown in which the cabin 12 is moved on rollers 14 on the floor 13, the vehicle being driven by a traction rope which is laid above the cabin 12.

In Fig. 4 the transition from an above-ground route to an underground route is drawn, whereby, due to the suspension, the floor of the cabin 12 always remains level in the manner of a cable railway. With this measure, the traffic system can also climb through a listed zone, e.g. Old town are practically invisible, without the other traffic suffering.

In Fig. 5 a further variant to Fig. 3 is shown, in which the cabin 12 travels on a support rope 9 ', so that incisions in the floor, e.g. Rivers 15 or valleys, can be run over practically without supports.

Due to the free arrangement of side rails 6, the station buildings can be simplified by eliminating stairwells, elevators, etc. and passengers can enter the platform or cabins directly from the sidewalk, which then stop at ground level. Due to a two-lane arrangement of the mounting rails, the transverse fluctuation of the cabin is prevented, which provides additional safety when getting in and out without the need for personnel.

The mechanical equipment of the train includes an electronic call system in each station, which, in cooperation with the central control, ensures that a cabin is always on hold in each station, or that empty cabins are brought into circulation when peak demand is reached Reduce waiting time for a cabin. Connected to this call system is the station selection device in the cabin, which not only guides the cabin into the selected target station, but also ensures readiness for reception in the target station via the central control system, and guarantees entry of the cabin into the traffic flow of the main route in the boarding station the minimum distance between the individual cabins, i.e. controls the station's own towing equipment. This control replaces the station personnel, so that only central monitoring is necessary.
