Claims (7)
- Procédé de nettoyage intérieur d'une conduite véhiculant de la poudre, en particulier une conduite souple, d'une installation de poudrage électrostatique, en particulier dans le cas d'un changement de couleur, caractérisé par le fait qu'après la phase de revêtement un courant d'air comprimé chargé de granules traverse la conduite, la vitesse du courant granules-air dépassant considérablement celle du courant poudre-air de la phase de revêtement et la grosseur des granules dépassant considérablement celle des particules de poudre, et par le fait que les granules sont séparés du courant d'air comprimé et sont débarrassés de la poudre qu'ils ont entraînée après leur sortie de la conduite.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la quantité d'air par unité de temps du courant granules-air est supérieure d'un facteur 10 à celle du courant poudre-air de la phase de revêtement, et par le fait que l'on utilise des granules d'une grosseur comprise entre 1 et 3mm et de préférence de 1,5mm.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les granules en plastique utilisés sont de préférence des granules de polyamide.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 pour le nettoyage intérieur d'un tuyau reliant un réservoir de poudre à un pistolet pulvérisateur, caractérisé par le fait que le tuyau est retiré du réservoir de poudre et raccordé à une alimentation en granules, et par le fait que la buse du pistolet pulvérisateur est remplacée par un tuyau de retour, la séparation des granules, du courant d'air comprimé, étant effectuée après la sortie du tuyau de retour.
- Dispositif permettant la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, avec un réservoir de granules (10) à la sortie duquel un injecteur alimenté en air comprimé (12) est raccordé à la sortie avec un raccord en tuyau souple et avec un panier en toile métallique de forme cyclonaire (18) avec buse d'alimentation en air comprimé (20) et bac récepteur de granules (21).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'un tamis (11) descendant en oblique vers la sortie du réservoir (10) est disposé dans ce dernier.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé par la présence d'un tuyau de retour (17) entre le pistolet pulvérisateur (16) et le panier en toile métallique (18).
