Claims (4)

  1. Un dispositif pour remplir et ensuite pour sceller une chaîne de capsules dans un état plié à plat à partir d'une bobine débitrice, comprenant une paire de rouleaux de traction associés, qui sont montés de façon à tourner autour d'axes verticaux, un espace de déplacement relié au côté de sortie des rouleaux et limité par les brins en regard d'une paire de courroies de convoyeur disposées verticalement, des moyens de remplissage disposés au-dessus de l'espace précité et un poste de soudage qui est relié à l'extrémité de sortie de l'espace de déplacement, ce poste étant équipé d'une paire de barres de soudage disposées face à face et s'étendant dans la direction de déplacement, des perforations étant formées dans les surfaces extérieures des rouleaux de traction, et ces perforations faisant communiquer ces surfaces avec une source de pression inférieure à la pression atmosphérique du côté de la sortie de la paire de rouleaux, les brins de courroies en regard étant également soumis à l'action d'une source de pression inférieure à la pression atmosphérique, à travers des perforations qui sont formées dans des parois de support pour les brins de courroies précitées, dans lequel deux courroies sont placées entre la bobine débitrice et la paire de rouleaux de traction, en position adjacente au bord supérieur de la chaîne de capsules, ces courroies étant disposées dans un plan horizontal et s'adaptant dans des gorges formées dans la surfaoe périphérique des rouleaux de traction entraînés respectifs, les brins adjacents de ces courroies étant prévus de façon à serrer entre eux le bord supérieur de la chaîne de capsules, tandis qu'à l'extrémité de sortie de l'espace de déplacement, il existe également au moins une paire de courroies qui sont disposées de part et d'autre du chemin de la chaîne de capsules, dans un plan pratiquement horizontal adjacent au bord supérieur de la chaîne de capsules, ces courroies étant guidées par le fait qu'elles passent autour de poulies qui sont destinées à être entraînées à une vitesse qui correspond à la vitesse de traction.
  2. Un dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'extrémité amont de l'espace de déplacement, chacune des courroies de convoyeur s'étend, dans la direction amont, jusque dans une gorge périphérique de la surface extérieure du rouleau de traction respectif et est guidée par le fait qu'elle passe autour d'un rouleau de guidage ou d'un axe de guidage qui est placé à l'intérieur de la gorge précitée.
  3. Un dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les gorges annulaires dans la surface extérieure des rouleaux de traction sont disposées entre des parties annulaires dépourvues de gorges, dans lesquelles les perforations sont formées.
  4. Un dispositif selon les revendications 1-3, caractérisé en ce que les barres de soudage sont disposées dans un plan qui se trouve juste au-dessus d'un plan pratiquement horizontal passant à travers deux courroies d'entraînement associées, qui sont guidées par leur passage autour de paires de poulies, qui sont destinées à être entraînées à une vitesse correspondant à la vitesse de déroulement, et qui sont disposées respectivement au début et à la fin du poste de soudage.
