- a hammer drill 1 has a housing 2 made of plastic, which has a cylindrical housing part in which a motor 3 is housed. Furthermore, a striking mechanism 4, which is only indicated in the drawing, is contained in the housing 2 perpendicular to the motor 3. In an extension of the striking mechanism 4, a tool holder 5 with a drilling tool 6 is arranged in a manner known per se. At the end of the hammer opposite the tool holder, a handle 7 is fastened to the housing 2 with screws 8.
- the handle 7 has the shape of a spade handle and consists of a frame 9 made of plastic, which has a substantially U-shaped cross section (see FIG. 2).
- the handle 7 has webs 10 and a central web 11.
- the handle 7 has in its grip part 12 gripped by the hand of the operator and in the upper web 10 and the central web 11 a circumferential central groove 13 which faces the housing 2.
- the scaffold 9 is provided with an easily accessible elastic sheath 14, e.g. B. enclosed a foam material.
- the whole handle 7 consists of an undivided solid part.
- the webs 10, 11 form an upper 15 and a lower handle opening 16 for holding with both hands, so that a so-called double spade handle is created.
- the handle openings 15, 16 are closed by a wall 17 facing the housing 2.
- a closed frame 18 is inserted, which can be made of plastic or sheet metal.
- the frame In the area of the grip part 12, the frame consists of 2 parallel tabs 19 and 20 which rest in the walls of the groove 13.
- the two tabs 19, 20 each have a bore 21, 22 on the opposite side.
- the tabs 19, 20 At the ends facing the handle part 12, the tabs 19, 20 each have an insertion slope 23, 24 on their inner side opposite each other.
- the switching pawl 26 has two opposite pins 27, 28 which engage in the bores 21, 22 and thus form a pivot bearing for the switching pawl designed as a two-armed lever.
- a manually operable actuating part 29 is arranged above the pins 27, 28.
- a trigger part 30 with a free end 31 is formed below the pins 27, 28.

- the frame 18 is inserted with the pawl 26 mounted in the direction of arrow B into the groove 13 of the handle 7.
- the frame 18 closes the groove 13 in the connecting webs 10, 11.
- the actuating part 29 is inserted into the groove 13 in the grip part 12.
- the completely preassembled handle 7 is now attached to the housing 2 by means of the screws 8 screwed on.
- the linkage 34 comes to lie exactly in front of the switch 37, so that the switch can be operated correctly.
- the force is transmitted via the trigger part 30 to the free end 31 and from there passed on via the contact piece 35 to the linkage 34 acting as a push rod.
- the free end 31 and the contact piece 35 are not rigidly coupled but are displaceable relative to one another, so that the rotary movement of the pawl 26 is transmitted without problems to the longitudinal movement of the linkage 34.
- the cohesion of the pawl 26 and linkage 34 is brought about by the connecting element 32 which is integral with both parts.
- the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiment described.
- the pawl can also be pushed in with longitudinal guides in the frame arranged in the handle instead of being rotatable.
- the invention is also applicable to other power tools such as drills or screwdrivers.

Description
The invention relates to an electrically operated hand tool according to the preamble of claim 1. From DE-OS 34 04 962 (= GB-
Furthermore, it is known (DE 36 10 682 A1) to design a handle of a hand tool as a pawl, by means of which a switch can be actuated via a linkage. The switch is housed in the housing of the hand power tool, so that live cables to the handle are not required. The disadvantage here is that the handle does not give the operator a firm hold due to its adjustability. In addition, a plurality of components are required for the transmission of the switching movement, which entails a high outlay in terms of production and assembly.
The hand tool according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1 has the advantage that the manufacturing and assembly costs are significantly reduced. The provision of a resilient connecting element between the pawl and linkage enables a simple articulated connection with an integral design of the pawl, linkage and connecting element.
The measures listed in the subclaims enable advantageous developments and improvements of the hand-held power tool specified in claim 1.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and explained in more detail in the following description. Figure 1 shows a hammer in partial section and Figure 2 shows a cross section along line II-II in Figure 1.
A hammer drill 1 has a
When assembling the rotary hammer 1, the pawl and the
The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiment described. For example, the pawl can also be pushed in with longitudinal guides in the frame arranged in the handle instead of being rotatable. The invention is also applicable to other power tools such as drills or screwdrivers.
