Claims (10)

1. A device to fractionize rolls (stems) (12) of a ware in the form of tapes or foils, preferably paper, being wound up on mandrels, into rolls of a smaller axial width by means of circular saw-blades being rotated and led through the rolls (12) to be cut, characterized by
a modular sawing machine unit (1) which can be laid out to a transporting line for the rolls (13) to be cut, having at least two swivel arms (7) being swivel-mounted and regulatively driven and having a saw-blade aggregate (8) with a plurality of saw-blades at their free ends, the saw-blades being arranged one from another with the axial distances (a) corresponding to the desired axial width of the rolls to be made, whereas, for the rolls (13) to be cut, collecting and supporting dishes that must be incorporated into the transport line (32) are mounted laterally beside and beneath the central swivelling axis (11) of the swivel arms (7).
2. A device according to claim 1, characterized in that said swivel arms (7) are regulated thus that lowering the saw-blade aggregate (8) into sawing position A happens slower than lifting from said sawing position A into retiring position B.
3. A device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the saw-blade aggregate (8) comprises tube pieces (41, 43) that can be put together and between which the saw-blades (14) are arranged, and that the joined tube pieces (41, 43) and saw-blades (14) are fixed by means of a tie rod device (44).
4. A device according to one of the claims 1-3, characterized in that pusher (35) are laterally attributed to said supporting dishes (30) which remove the devided rolls from the supporting dishes (30).
5. A device according to one of the claims 1-3, characterized in that the collecting and supporting dishes (30) are developed as diverging quartered dishes (30a, 30b) to let pass the devided rolls downwards in case that the quartered dishes are diverged.
6. A device according to one of the claims 1-5, characterized in that swivel-mounted holding down appliances (29) are assigned to the collecting and supporting dishes (30) on the rolls (19) to be devided.
7. A device according to one of the claims 1-6, characterized in that above the central swiveling axes (11) of the swivel arms (7) a transporting device (20) for the conveyance and removal of the saw-blade aggregates (8) is mounted, the swivel arms (7) seizing in vertical position (Postition D) between the parts of said transporting device (20) in order to receive or deliver the saw-blade aggregates (8).
8. A device according to claim 7, characterized in that a program register for prepared saw-blade aggregates (8) of different kind being ready for use are assigned to the transporting device (20).
9. A device according to one of the claims 1-8, characterized in that the sawing machine unit (10) comprises several pairs of swivel arms (7), each bracket pair carrying a saw-blade aggregate (8).
10. A device according to claim 9, characterized in that at least two pairs of swivel arms (7) form a pendulum arrangement.
