On peut humidifier automatiquement des bobines croisées avec de la vapeur entre leur production et leur emballage en les rassemblant sous forme de colonnes de bobines sur une palette (1), après leur sortie de la machine d'embobinage, munie de manchons (12) perforés perméables à la vapeur, puis, lorsque la palette est remplie, en mettant en communication l'espace intérieur des manchons de toutes les colonnes de bobines avec une amenée de vapeur sous pression. Pendant le vaporisage, les colonnes rassemblées sur la palette peuvent être axialement comprimées dans leur ensemble.

Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de vaporisage ou d'humidification de bobines croisées (4) groupées en piles (6) de bobines, un fond de palette (1) étant rempli de piles (6) de bobines présentant des douilles perforées (12) de bobines laissant passer la vapeur et chacune des bobines croisées (4) étant traversée par la vapeur de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur, après achèvement d'une palette, en raccordant à une conduite d'amenée de vapeur (2) l'espace intérieur de douille de toutes les piles (6) de bobines,
       caractérisé en ce que,
       les piles (6) de bobines, en position sur le fond (1) de palette, sont comprimées toutes ensemble dans la direction des axes de bobines et de piles et sont fixées toutes ensemble par vaporisage dans l'état comprimé et en ce que les bobines croisées (4) sont emballées selon une disposition correspondant à l'assemblage sur le fond (1) de palette.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
       caractérisé en ce que,
       les bobines croisées (4) sont empilées, pour former des piles (6) de bobines, sur des tiges perforées (3) combinées avec le fond (1) de palette, et en ce que la conduite d'amenée de vapeur (2) est raccordée aux tiges (3).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
       caractérisé en ce que,
       les bobines croisées (4) sont emballées dans une feuille qui est soudée.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
       caractérisé en ce que,
       le groupe tout entier de piles (6) de bobines, formé et vaporisé sur le fond (1) de palette, est emballé, éventuellement après retrait des tiges perforées (3).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
       caractérisé en ce que,
       le groupe de piles (6) de bobines vaporisé sur le fond (1) de palette est emballé avec le fond et avec un autre fond utilisé comme couvercle (8).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 2,
       caractérisé en ce que,
       les piles individuelles (6) de bobines sont enlevées du fond (1) de palette et sont emballées, en particulier emballées dans une feuille (10) qui est soudée.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
       caractérisé en ce que,
       les bobines croisées (4) sont automatiquement enlevées en une fois de la machine de formation de bobines, placées sur le fond (1) de palette, vaporisées, éventuellement sous compression axiale, et finalement emballées prêtes à l'expédition.
  8. Dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
       caractérisé en ce que,
       le fond de palette (1) est lui-même réalisé dans son ensemble en tant que mâchoire de presse, ou est disposé sur une mâchoire de presse, et ce qu'une contre-mâchoire de presse est associée au fond (1) de palette pour comprimer axialement de façon simultanée l'ensemble de toutes les piles de bobines placées sur le fond de palette.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8,
       caractérisé par
       des raccords (5) de vapeur sous-pression à la conduite d'amenée de vapeur sous-pression (2), prévus sur la surface du fond (1) de palette dans l'écart axial des piles (6) de bobines.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
       caractérisé en ce que,
       chacun des raccords (5) de vapeur sous-pression constitue à la fois une tige (3) d'empilement de bobines et une lance à vaporisage.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10,
       caractérisé en ce que,
       chacune des tiges d'empilement (3) réalisées sous forme de lances de vaporisage est enfoncée à travers une ouverture du fond (1) de palette en pouvant être libérée grâce à un mouvement relatif simple.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10,
       caractérisé par
       des tiges d'empilement (3) vissées individuellement sur les raccords (5) de vapeur sous-pression.
