Abstract

The duckboard element (1; 1'; 1'') consists of an elongated, flat gang plate (2) with longitudinal side edges (3) angled downwards and connecting members for a detachable connection of two adjoining duckboard elements of the same type. To simplify this connection, the connecting members are each formed by locking plates (7) and connecting straps (8) which interact in pairs and are in each case attached in pairs to the outsides of the longitudinal side edges (3) of the gang plate (2) in corner areas adjoining its end faces (9). In this arrangement, the two locking plates (7) of each locking-plate pair and the two connecting straps (8) of each connecting-strap pair are preferably attached in each case in corner areas of their gang plate (2) which are diagonally opposite one another. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a grating element for laying on uneven ground, in particular on the bottom of pit lines in underground mining, consisting of an elongated, flat running plate with downwardly angled longitudinal side edges and with connecting links for a releasable connection of two adjacent, similar running grate elements.

In a known grating element of this type, the connecting members of the grating elements comprise, at one end, projecting plug-in parts, which can each be inserted into a receiving opening of a similar grating element formed at the other end. The insertion part is formed by a U-shaped bracket, the two legs of which are attached to the inside of the longitudinal side edges of the running plate and the base web of the running plate is arranged in advance for engaging in the insertion part receiving opening of an adjacent, similar grating element. The plug-in part of the running plate and its longitudinal side edges delimiting the receiving opening are provided with through holes for mutually screwing adjacent grating elements. Furthermore, at least one of the two longitudinal side edges of the running plate is on its underside with at least one outside fastening tab running parallel to the main plane of the running plate for anchoring the moving grate element provided with the floor.

With the help of the known tread elements, the treads of which are designed to be non-slip due to the perforations introduced, continuous treads can be formed which are essentially maintenance-free and not susceptible to repair, since the tread elements forming the tread element each consist of stable steel sheet and each form one-piece structural units with their insert parts. However, both the attachment of the screw connections for the mutual connection of the grating elements and for their anchoring to the floor is complex. This work is very difficult to carry out, especially when laying the tread elements on the bottom of pit lines in underground mining because of the limited space and working conditions made difficult by mud, darkness, etc.

Die Verbindungslaschen sind hierbei auf seitlich vorstehende Verstärkungsstangen in den aneinandergrenzenden Eckbereichen zweier zu verbindender Laufrostelemente aufgesteckt, wobei die gegenseitige Verriegelung der Laufrostelemente wiederum durch Verschraubungen mit Hilfe von Muttern erfolgt, die auf die vorstehenden Enden der Verstärkungsstangen gegen die in Position gebrachten Verbindungslaschen aufgeschraubt werden.US-A-4 376 596 describes a grating element for laying on uneven ground, which consists of an elongated, flat running plate with downwardly angled longitudinal side edges and with connecting elements for a releasable connection of two adjacent, similar grating elements, the connecting elements of interlocking interlocking pairs and connecting straps are formed, which are each attached in pairs on the outer sides of the longitudinal side edges of the running plate in corner regions adjoining their end faces. The connecting straps are placed on laterally protruding reinforcing bars in the adjoining corner areas of two tread elements to be connected, the mutual locking of the tread elements again being effected by screwing with the aid of nuts which are screwed onto the projecting ends of the reinforcing bars against the connecting tabs which have been brought into position.

The invention has for its object to provide a grating element of the type specified, the laying and mutual connection and locking with the same grating elements to a continuous grating is significantly simplified.

Starting from a grating element for laying on uneven ground, in particular on the bottom of pit lines in underground mining, consisting of an elongated, flat running plate with downwardly angled longitudinal side edges and with connecting links for a releasable connection of two adjacent, similar running grate elements, the connecting links of each Interlocking and connecting tabs are formed in pairs, which are attached in pairs on the outer sides of the longitudinal side edges of the crossbar in adjacent corner areas on their end faces, this object is achieved according to the invention in that the locks are designed as locking plates, each one vertically in relation on the adjacent longitudinal side edge of the running plate outward locking bracket and the connecting tabs each have a receiving opening for the locking bracket in the end face ih rer running plate freely projecting locking part, and that the locking bracket forms an insertion opening for a latch bolt. The locking plates and connecting straps attached to the outer sides of the longitudinal side edges of the running plate are easily accessible from the outside on the longitudinal side edges of the running plate in this embodiment and can be brought into their mutual locking engagement with the help of the locking bracket and the latch bolt inserted into its insertion opening without difficulty reliably connect two adjacent grating elements without the aid of screw connections. The tolerances between the cooperating locking plates and connecting lugs are so large that the parts to be brought into engagement with one another can be comparatively easily assembled even under the difficult working conditions in underground mining. In contrast to by interlocking on the front Connecting links to each other to form a continuous tread element, in the embodiment according to the invention, thanks to the lateral attachment of the connecting elements, it is readily possible to replace the tread elements at any point of the installed tread grille by damaging them from outside and releasing the tread element to be released if the tread elements are damaged.

A preferred further embodiment of the invention provides that the two locking plates of each locking plate pair and the two connecting plates of each connecting plate pair are each mounted in diagonally opposite corner regions of their running plate. By mutually arranging the locking plates and the connecting straps in this way, a further significant handling advantage over the known tread elements is achieved in that the two ends or end faces of each tread element are mutually identical, so that each end face of an individual tread element to each face end of another individual, similar grating element fits. It is no longer the case when laying the tread elements that, as with tread elements with unevenly designed ends in terms of their connecting means, an individual tread element must be rotated by 180 ° relative to another individual, similar tread element so that the two ends of the adjacent tread elements match each other and the mutual locking engagement of their connecting means can be established. This is particularly advantageous in tight spaces, such as those found in underground mining.

Further features and advantages of the invention emerge from the further subclaims and the following description in conjunction with the drawing, in which an exemplary embodiment of the object of the invention is illustrated.

Hierdurch ist die Hauptfläche der Laufplatte 2 als rutschsichere Lauffläche ausgebildet.1 and 2, the middle, completely shown grating element is designated by 1, while the two only shown with their end regions, adjoining the two end faces of the grating element 1, grating elements are designated by 1 'and 1˝. The grating elements 1, 1 ', 1˝ are each of the same design and comprise an elongated, flat running plate 2 made of preferably galvanized sheet steel with downwardly angled longitudinal side edges 3, which for support on the floor at their lower ends with inwards parallel to the main surface of the running plate 2 bent support legs 4 are provided. In its flat main surface, the running plate 2 is provided with transverse rows of alternating perforations 5 and 6, of which the perforations 5, which are pronounced upwards, have jagged edges. As a result, the main surface of the running plate 2 is designed as a non-slip running surface.

For a releasable connection of two adjacent grating elements 1, 1 'and 1, 1˝, these are provided with connecting means which consist of locking plates 7 and connecting plates 8 interacting in pairs. The locking plates 7 and the connecting straps 8 are each attached in pairs on the outer sides of the longitudinal side edges 3 of the running plate 2 in corner areas adjacent to their end faces 9, for example by welded connections.

According to the preferred example shown, the two locking plates 7 of each locking plate pair and the two connecting plates 8 of each connecting plate pair, which each grating element 1 comprises, are each arranged in diagonally opposite corner regions of their running plate 2, as can be seen particularly from FIG. 2. The end faces 9 of the grating elements 1 are each formed by end bends of the running plate 2 bent downwards at right angles, which counteract their deflection in the central region under load.

The structure of the connecting means in detail can be seen in particular from FIGS.

According to this, each locking plate 7 comprises a base part 10 which, when fastened to the grating element 1, bears on the back on the outside of the respective longitudinal side edge 3 and is in particular welded to it. A locking bracket 11 of a U-shaped basic shape is combined with the base part 10, for example by the ends of its two U-legs 12 being let into the base part 10 and being welded to it. The locking bracket 11 is perpendicular to the base part 10, i.e. it extends in use when the tread elements 1 are laid in a substantially horizontal plane or parallel to the tread of the tread plate 2.

Im an das jeweilige Laufrostelement 1 angebrachten Zustand liegt der Führungsteil 14 etwa in der von den oberen gezackten Rändern der Lochungen 5 definierten Laufebene der Laufplatte 2.The locking bracket 11 forms a continuously closed insertion opening on the outside for a latch bolt 13, which is captively connected to the locking plate 7. For this purpose, the locking plate 7 is provided with an upper, end-side guide part 14, which is angled at a right angle from the base part 10 and is offset by lateral shoulders, in which the latch bolt 13 is guided so that it can be moved up and down in a direction perpendicular to the alignment of the locking bracket 11. In the state attached to the respective grating element 1, the guide part 14 lies approximately in the running plane of the running plate 2 defined by the upper jagged edges of the perforations 5.

The latch bolt 13 is formed by a U-shaped bracket, the base 15 of which faces the locking bracket 11 and whose legs 16 fit with generous play between the legs 12 and the base part 17 of the locking bracket 11 connecting them. At the end, the legs 16 of the latch bolt 13, which are guided in through openings of the guide part 14 at a distance from the base part 10 that is suitable for receiving the locking tabs 8, are connected to one another by a handling part 18, this connection also preferably being welded to the ends of the plate-shaped handling part 18 Leg 16 takes place. This connection or welding is carried out after the latch bolt 13 with its two legs 16 has been inserted in the guide part 14 of the locking plate 7 in the prescribed manner.

In this way, the handling part 18 of the latch bolt 13 is held in all operating positions on the outside of the guide part 14 of the locking plate 7, such that the handling part 18 rests on the outside of the guide part 14 in the locking position (FIGS. 5 to 7) and in one raised position for releasing the locking of the base part 15 rests on the underside of the guide part 14 without being able to be pulled out, as is shown, for example, in FIG. 1 in the region of the connection of the grating element 1 with the grating element 1˝. To facilitate lifting of the latch bolt 13, its handling part 18 can be provided with a handle attachment (not shown) laterally projecting beyond the contour of the guide part 14 and possibly also the locking bracket 11 of the latch plate 7.

The connecting plates 8, which comprise a fastening part 19 and a locking part 20, interact with the locking plates 7. The fastening part 19 is preferably welded on the back corresponding to the base part 10 of the locking plate 7 to the outside of the respective longitudinal side edge 3 of the associated grating element 1. The fastening part 19 extends approximately to the adjacent end face 9 of the grating element 1, and this is followed by an outwardly bent transition area 21 to the locking area 20, which in this way is connected to the associated locking plate 7 of another similar grating element, for example the grating element 1 ', is offset from the longitudinal side edge 3 to the outside and thus can overlap the base part 10 of this locking plate 7 if it has a slot-like opening 22 on the mounting bracket 11 is pushed by a lateral movement of the grating element 1 with respect to the grating element 1 '. This takes place when the latch bolt 13 is raised, which can then be dropped in order to get into the insertion opening provided by the locking bracket 11 and in front of the locking part 20 of the connecting strap 8. The locking part 20 of the connecting bracket 8 is thus secured between the base part 10 of the locking plate 7 and the latch bolt 13 against lateral outward movement, while at the same time it is fixed in the longitudinal direction of the grating element 1 by the locking bracket 11 engaging in the receiving opening 22. This locking position can be seen in particular in FIGS. 5 to 7.

In den Fig. 1 bis 4 ist die stirnseitige Verbindung des Laufrostelements 1 mit dem Laufrostelement 1′ im Zustand der gegenseitigen Verriegelung der jeweiligen Riegelplatte 7 mit der Verbindungslasche 8 veranschaulicht, während die einander gegenüberliegenden Stirnenden 9 des Laufrostelements 1 und des Laufrostelements 1˝ seitlich parallel zueinander verschoben sind und somit einen Zustand vor dem Aufschieben der Verbindungslaschen 8 auf den Verriegelungsbügel 11 der Riegelplatte 7 bzw. die Möglichkeit veranschaulichen, wie nach Hochziehen des Fallriegels 13 die gegenseitige Verbindung der Laufrostelemente 1, 1˝ durch seitliche Parallelverschiebung ihrer aneinandergrenzenden Stirnseiten 9, beispielsweise zum Auswechseln eines beschädigten Laufrostelements, gelöst werden kann.1 to 4, the end connection of the grating element 1 with the grating element 1 'in the state of mutual locking of the respective locking plate 7 with the connecting tab 8 is illustrated, while the opposite ends 9 of the grating element 1 and the grating element 1˝ laterally parallel are shifted to each other and thus illustrate a state before the connecting tabs 8 are slid onto the locking bracket 11 of the locking plate 7 or the possibility of how, after the latch bolt 13 has been pulled up, the mutual connection of the grating elements 1, 1˝ by lateral parallel displacement of their adjoining end faces 9, for example to replace a damaged grating element.
