Abstract

The invention relates to a liquid and propellant-free cleaning agent for textile surfaces, containing urea/formaldehyde resin foam particles in open-cell form and an active substance for cleaning; in order, in spite of the lack of propellant, to ensure good distribution and optimum removal, for example with a vacuum cleaner, the active substance for cleaning contains a cellulose powder which has a particle size of less than 50 mu m and - as has been found - accumulates very well on the foam particles.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Reinigungsmittel gemäß Gattungsbegriff des Hauptanspruches. The invention relates to a cleaning agent according to the preamble of the main claim.

Corresponding agents are already known from EP-PS 086 968. According to recent knowledge, the disadvantage of these solutions is the propellant component necessary for sprayability. Another advantage of this known solution is the optimal suitability of the cleaning agent, e.g. with the help of a vacuum cleaner or the like to be removed from the textile surface after completion of the cleaning action, which in the case of the known agent results from the fact that the urea-formaldehyde resin foam particles of the corresponding genus therein contained in the cleaning agent, etc. Over a certain " Piggyback effect - ensure that the sodium aluminum silicate, which is primarily used for cleaning, can also be removed with a vacuum cleaner (or the like), because these aluminum silicate particles adhere to the extremely easy, for example, airflow Add urea-formaldehyde resin foam particles.

The object of the present invention is to construct a generic cleaning agent without sacrificing any advantages in use so that it can be sprayed without a propellant component, for example by spraying with a hand pump as a liquid / air mixture. It was found that if there is a problem here that the actual cleaning effect sodium aluminum silicate is no longer suitable to be distributed sufficiently finely if the previously known blowing agent component is missing. In this case, as has been found, also the difficulty of keeping the sodium-aluminum-silicate in sufficient fine distribution already in the storage can while avoiding settling on the bottom in such an order of magnitude that even shaking does not bring about sufficient dispersion homogeneity as is necessary for spraying with a spray pump.

The above-mentioned problem is solved by the selection of a cellulose powder with a grain size of less than 50 microns as the cleaning active substance, as indicated in the characterizing part of the main claim.

It has been found that when this cellulose powder is selected as a replacement for the sodium aluminum silicate used in the prior art, on the one hand sprayability by means of a normal pump, if appropriate a hand pump, as a liquid / air mixture is possible, but on the other hand the same in the state with regard to this cellulose powder the technology brings the significant advantages "attachment piggyback effect" to the urea-formaldehyde resin foam particles. Both the even distribution on the textile cleaning object and the subsequent removal e.g. by means of a vacuum cleaner, are equally possible to the same extent, on the other hand, despite the absence of the propellant component, there is no such extensive settling in the storage container that even after prolonged storage, brief shaking does not bring the necessary homogeneity of the entire dispersion to be sprayed.

The subclaim represents an advantageous further development with regard to the special average values of the cellulose powder to be used.
