Abstract

A dispensing device is disclosed which comprises a hopper (72) for receiving a substance to be dispensed, at least one dispensing spoon (50), extendable and retractable cylinder (120) for moving the spoon (50) from a position beneath said hopper (72) for receiving said substance to a position remote from said hopper (72) and cylinder (150), linkages (56, 54) and cylinder (22) for tilting said spoon and for causing said spoon to rotate about its axis to dispense said substance from the spoon to a receptacle.
