Claims (10)
- Dispositif de protection contre les vibrations insatallé dans un marteau-burineur à commande pneumatique, comportant un cylindre (1) et un piston, pouvant se dépalcer dans un sens et dans l'autre dans un alésage cylindrique (2), dont l'énergie cylindrique est transmise à la tige d'outil (8), le cylindre (1) comportant un perçage de positionnement (3), dirigé dans le sens axial, destiné à loger l'extrémité arrière d'un tronçon (4) d'une pièce intercalaire (5), la pièce intercalaire (5) comportant en son autre extrémité un autre perçage de positionnement (6) destiné à loger l'extrémité arrière 7 de la tige d'outil 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit un manchon de protection (12) qui entoure la tige d'outil (8), le manchon protecteur (12) entourant la tige d'outil (8) d'une manière lâche et permettant un déplacement libre, tandis que l'on prévoit des butées (14, 14', 15, 15'), d'une part sur le manchon de protection (12), d'autre part sur la tige d'outil (8) ou sur la pièce intercalaire (5), qui limitent les possibilités de déplacement du manchon de protection (12) par rapport à la tige d'outil (8) dans la direction de la pointe d'outil (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort spiral (10) est disposé entre la pièce intercalaire (5) et le manchon de protection (12), ressort qui appuie les unes contre les autres les butées (14, 14', 15, 15').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'autre perçage de positionnement (6) et l'extrémité arrière (7) de la tige d'outil (8) ont la forme d'un coin.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de protection (12) est disposé sur la tige d'outil (8) avec impossibilité de subir une torsion.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les butées (14, 15) sont prévues, d'une part, sur la pointe d'outil (13), et d'autre part, à l'extrémité avant du manchon de protection 12.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de protection (12) comprend une partie de manchon (17) recouvrant la pièce intercalaire (5) et munie d'un épaulement annulaire (18) servant de butée (15'), épaulement qui coopère avec une butée (14') aménagée sur la pièce intercalaire (5), et ayant la configuration d'un épaulement annulaire.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que lressort spiral (10) est disposé entre un épaulement de butée (9, 9') de la pièce intercalaire (5) et un épaulement (11, 11') du manchon de protection (12) et appuie le manchon de Protection (12) dans la direction de la pointe d'outil (13).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce intercalaire (5) comporte une fente (19) qui court latéralement vers l'extrémité arrière de l'autre perçage de positionnement (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication (8), caractérisé en ce que la partie de manchon (17) comporte une autre fente (20) en alignement avec la fente (19) dans la pièce intercalaire (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de protection (12) est en un matériau élastique.
