Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the technical sector of textile processing.
It is well known to make warp and weft fabrics with prints of various shapes and colors. Knitted fabrics are also known which are obtained by means of Jacquard machines. With this type of craft, depending on the choice of armor, it is possible to obtain colored patterns and effects. However, the choice of colors is limited or requires a large number of woven threads, which tends to complicate the work considerably. In addition, there is no gloss effect of the color patterns.
The invention has set itself the goal, in a simple, efficient and rational way, of producing a textile article in the form of a mesh fabric, with patterns of various shapes capable of presenting infinite color effects with, in addition an aspect of shine.
- the article is knitted using two different yarns, making decorative patterns and / or effects by mesh,
- the article is sprayed to stabilize the mesh,
- the vaporized article is placed in a heating press,
- a paper support is applied to the entire article in particular, on which any color patterns are impressed,
the entire article and the support are subjected to the pressure and heating effect of the press for a determined time,
- the entire article and the support are removed, said article being impressed, in whole or in part, with the colors of the decorative patterns of said support
Another problem which the invention proposes to solve is to be able to impress in color the patterns or decorative effects presented by a knitted textile article, of light color, especially white.
To solve this problem, the textile article is obtained by knitting or otherwise with a cotton thread and a polyester thread which is intended to produce patterns or decorative effects, said article, after having been subjected to an operation suitable for it give color prints, is subjected to a chemical treatment capable of fixing the color printing only on the patterns or decorative effects in polyester yarn and removing said printing on the other yarns.
- on rince ;
- on répète l'opération ;
- on rince.After printing in color according to the characteristics defined above, the procedure is as follows:
- the article is subjected, for a determined period, to a treatment resulting from a first mixture of:
. 1 to 10 grams per liter of NaoH soda at 36 degrees Baumé,
. 1 to 10 grams per liter of sodium hydrosulfite
. 1 to 10 grams per liter of concentrated Neovadine HN,
. 1 to 10 grams per liter of Lyoprint H,
- we rinse;
- the operation is repeated;
- the article thus treated is then subjected to a second mixture of:
. 1 to 30 cubic centimeters per liter of a bleaching agent,
. 1 to 10 cubic centimeters per liter of caustic soda at 36 degrees Baumé,
. 1 to 5 grams per liter of tinoclarity CHF,
. 0.1 to 1% of Uvitex CF 200%,
- we rinse.

The textile article (A) is executed by any known and appropriate means to constitute a knitted fabric, of the knitting type in particular. We use for example the Jacquard technique.
According to the invention, the article is executed with at least two threads of different nature and appearance (1) and (2), to produce, in a known manner, any patterns (3) according to a given weave.
On peut citer, par exemple, les fils connus dans le commerce sous la marque "LUREX".Importantly, one of the wires (the wire (1) for example) consists of a metal core (1a) on which is helically wound, at least one polyester wire (1b) (FIG. 9) . This type of wire is perfectly known to a person skilled in the art. Mention may be made, for example, of threads known in the trade under the brand "LUREX".
Les motifs (3) sont réalisés avec le fil (1).The other thread, the thread (2), is preferably, although not strictly limiting, of the woolly type (FIG. 10). The patterns (3) are made with the thread (1).
After having executed article (A) under the conditions indicated, it is subjected to a spraying operation to fix the mesh (Figure 2). The article is then placed in a heating press (4) (FIG. 3).
La face (5a) est posée directement sur l'article (figure 4).Before subjecting the article to the action of the heating press, a support (5) is applied to all of the latter, one of the faces (5a) of which is impressed in color with any patterns. This support (5) consists of a sheet of very thin paper and preferably glossy (Figure 7). The face (5a) is placed directly on the article (Figure 4).
The entire article (A) and the support (5) are then subjected to the combined effects of pressing and heating for a predetermined time (FIG. 5). As an example, the temperature is raised to approximately 220 ° C for 10 to 15 seconds. The duration depends on the desired color contrast.
This results in a color transfer from the backing paper (5) to the article (A) in particular on the patterns (3) which therefore appear with a multiplicity of different colors with effects of glosses resulting from the nature of the threads composing said patterns. . Depending on the applications and effects sought, the wire (2) is very dark in color, black in particular, so that only the patterns (3) are impressed in color (FIG. 6).
Conversely, if the thread (2) is light in color, the whole article will be impressed in color, the drawing of the paper support (5), in this case being faithfully reproduced with however a different visual effect. generated by the arrangement of the wires (1) which give the appearance of shine.
Regarding applications, it is planned to print the back of the article using the same process.
In a preferred manner, the invention finds a particularly advantageous application for the realization of clothing (figure 8) of various shapes. It is also planned to produce, always according to the same process described, garments executed with parts of different textile natures, namely mesh for some, warp-weft for others, which makes it possible to achieve the most varied coordinates.
For example, a top of the sweater or jacket type, the body of which is knitted with a black thread and a polyester metal thread to bring out patterns composed of several colors, the sleeves being in weft fabric, as well as the bottom of the type skirt for example, with each of the prints whose colors and layouts correspond exactly to those of the pattern on the knitting part.
The result is an infinite variety in the choice and composition of colors capable of composing in particular the patterns with a shine effect.
Obviously, the invention finds an application for draperies, furnishing fabrics and other similar articles.
From this basic design, we wanted to be able to impress in color the patterns or decorative effects presented by a light-colored textile article, particularly white.
The article is made from cotton thread and polyester thread. The polyester thread is intended to make the patterns or decorative effects.
The problem is to be able to impress, in color, only the patterns or decorative effects, while the rest of the article resulting from knitting or other cotton threads, must remain perfectly in its original color, namely white if c is the case. For this purpose, after having impressed the entire textile article in color under the conditions defined above (step A), said article is subjected to a particular chemical treatment.
. 3 grammes par litre de soude NaoH à 36 degrés Baumé ;
. 3 grammes par litre d'hydrosulfite de sodium
. 3 grammes par litre de Néovadine HN concentré
. 2 grammes par litre de Lyoprint H.The article is subjected to a first mixture (B) which includes, by way of non-limiting indicative example:
. 3 grams per liter of NaoH soda at 36 degrees Baumé;
. 3 grams per liter of sodium hydrosulfite
. 3 grams per liter of concentrated Neovadine HN
. 2 grams per liter of Lyoprint H.
The temperature of the mixture is brought to very substantially 98 ° C., the treatment time being of the order of 15 minutes. At the end of this determined time, the article is rinsed. This first operation is repeated a number of times.
.0,2 % d'Uvitex CF 200 %.The article is then subjected to a second mixture (C) which comprises:
. 6 cubic centimeters per liter of hydrogen peroxide at 130 volumes
. 4 cubic centimeters per liter of caustic soda at 36 degrees Baumé
. 2 grams per liter of tinoclarity CHF
.0.2% Uvitex CF 200%.
L'article est ensuite rincé, puis séché.The article is then rinsed and dried.
It should be noted that hydrogen peroxide at 130 volumes constitutes a preferred example of a bleaching agent, without excluding others such as sodium hypochlorite, sodium perborate, sodium chlorite. .
At the end of treatment, in a particularly advantageous manner, it appears that only the decorative patterns or effects resulting from the interlacing of polyester threads are impressed in color, while the other parts of the article resulting from cotton threads, are perfectly white.
