Für Stückgutteile unterschiedlicher oder gleicher Abmessungen lassen sich bekannte Pappkartons oder Faltschachteln verwenden, in denen formschlüssige Polster- bzw. Die in diesen Verpackungen eingesetzten Polster- bzw. Ausgleichselemente erfordern in der Regel einen hohen Arbeitsaufwand beim Verpacken und beanspruchen einen Großteil der Lagerkapazität. Formschlüssige Verpackungshilfsmittel sind dazu in der Regel noch teurer, da sie nur für die der Form entsprechenden Verpackungsgüter bestimmt sind. Die Stückgutteile (2) werden in den vorzugsweise als Pappkarton oder Faltschachtel ausgebildeten Verpackungsbehälter (1) gelegt und mit dem folienartigen Kunststoffbeutel (3) abgedeckt.
Der mit dem Kunststoffbeutel (3) verbundene, schlauchförmige Luft- bzw. Gaseinlaßkanal (4) wird durch eine öffnung (5) im Verpackungsbehälter (1) nach außen geführt und mit der Düse (6) einer Luft- bzw. Gaszufuhreinrichtung (7) verbunden. Im nächsten Verfahrensschritt wird der Kunststoffbeutel (3) mittels einer Luft- bzw. Gaszufuhreinrichtung (7) mit Luft oder mit Gas (8) gefüllt.
Dabei kann die Düse (6) mit dem Luft- bzw. Gaseinlaßkanal (4) gemäß Figur 1 verbunden werden. Nach dem Füllvorgang bzw. nach Erreichen des erforderlichen Druckes wird der Luft- bzw. Gaseinlaßkanal (4) z.B. durch ein Folienschweiß- und Trennverfahren geschlossen.In Figure 1, the packaging container is designated (1).

Der Kunststoffbeutel (3) und der Luft- bzw. Gaseinlaßkanal (4) werden dazu aus Folienschläuchen gefertigt. Die Folienschläuche können aus unterschiedlichem oder gleichartigem Material oder unterschiedlichen oder gleichen Materialstärken hergestellt.
Für den Kunststoffbeutel (3) wird ein entsprechend langes Stück Folienschlauch an einem Ende zugeschweißt.
In die öffnung des so entstandenen Beutels wird der Schlauch für den Luft- bzw. Gaseinlaßkanal (4) eingelegt. Die beiden Schläuche werden miteinander verschweißt, so daß nur im Einlaßkanal (9) eine kleine Durchtrittsöffnung für die Luftzufuhr vorhanden bleibt.
Die Schweißnaht schließt den Kunststoffbeutel (3) und verbindet ihn gleichzeitig im Bereich des Einlaßkanals (9) mit dem Luft- bzw. Gaseinlaßkanal (4).
Wie in Figur 3 gezeigt reicht ein Ende des Luft bzw. Gaseinlaßkanals (4) in das Innere des Kunststoffbeutels (3) und wirkt als selbsttätig schließendes Lippenventil. Um den Kunststoffbeutel (3) mit Luft oder dergl. zu füllen, wird die Düse einer Luftzufuhreinrichtung in den Einlaßkanal (9) geführt und der Kunststoffbeutel gefüllt. Anschließend wird die Düse aus dem Einlaßkanal (9) herausgezogen. Durch den im Kunststoffbeutel (3) herrschenden Druck wird die im Kunststoffbeutel (3) liegende öffnung (10) des Luft- bzw. Gaseinlaßkanal in der Art eines Lippenventils verschlossen. Ein besonderer Vorteil ist, daß der Kanal (4) auch bei minimalem Überdruck im Kunststoffbeutel (3) sicher verschlossen bleibt und ein Zurückströmen der Luft oder dgl. verhindert.
Nach dem Füllvorgang besteht die Möglichkeit, den Kanal (4) in den Verpackungsbehälter (1) zurückzuführen, ihn abzutrennen oder ihn an der Verpackungsbehälteraußenwand zu verkleben.
Bei einem weiteren Verfahren zum Verpacken ist es vorgesehen, den Verpackungsbehälter (1) mit den Stückgutteilen (2) zu beschicken, den Verpackungsbehälter (1) zu verschließen und den Kunststoffbeutel (3) mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung durch die öffnung (5) zu führen um ihn dann, wie vorher dargestellt, zu füllen und zu verschließen.
