Abstract

A lift truck with a vertical lift mast (4) rigidly fastened to the chassis, a lift carriage (8) vertically movable on the lift mast, and top and bottom bearing arrangements (34, 36) which are attached to the lift carriage (8) and suitable for mounting swivel/reach implements, e.g. (14), and whose vertical spacing (A) corresponds to the mounting dimension required for mounting the swivel/reach implement. So that the lift truck can also be converted in a simple manner for mounted implements with a smaller basic mounting dimension, auxiliary bearing arrangements (54, 56) are provided according to the invention between the bearing arrangements (34, 36) for the swivel/reach implements, on which auxiliary bearing arrangements (54, 56) another mounted implement (58) of this type can be mounted either directly or preferably via a mounting plate (60). So that the lift truck can also be operated on uneven ground despite the rigidly fitted lift mast (4), the mounting plate is preferably mounted so as to be tiltable in the bottom auxiliary bearing arrangement (56) designed as a tilting bearing, an actuator (76) for setting the angle of inclination of the mounting plate (60) acting on the top auxiliary bearing arrangement (54) serving as a bearing arrangement for the application of the actuator. In another exemplary embodiment, the bottom bearing arrangement (36) for swivel/reach implements is omitted, the tapped hole (52) formed in it being formed instead in the bottom area of the mounting plate (60) so that the tilting bearing of the mounting plate (60) can serve both as a bottom bearing arrangement for swivel/reach implements and for the tilting bearing arrangement of the other mounted implement (58). <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stapler der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 bzw. des Anspruches 2 genannten Art.The invention relates to a stacker of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1 and claim 2.

Forklifts of the known type are used for stacking stacked goods in shelves arranged on both sides of a rack aisle and for transporting the stacked goods along the rack aisle. The swivel pusher is detachably mounted on the vertically movable lifting carriage; the load-bearing elements of the swivel-pushing device are horizontally adjustable between a transport position in which they do not protrude over the width of the truck and a laterally protruding load transfer position in which they protrude into the shelves. A relatively large load-bearing base adapted to these conditions is required to transmit the load moment generated by the large side projection in connection with heavy loads. In known forklifts, this consists of two swivel pushing device bearings arranged on the lifting slide with a sufficient vertical distance, which interact with corresponding counter bearings arranged on the swiveling pushing device.

The mounting of the lifting carriage on the lifting mast must also be adapted to the greatest possible load torque. The lifting mast itself is also rigidly connected to the chassis of the shelf stacker due to the large lateral load radius. Since such stackers generally work on level ground, in which an inclination of the load-bearing elements to compensate Uneven ground is not required when lifting the load, the lift mast is mounted on trucks of the type described without inclination.

A disadvantage of such stackers is that, because of the special adaptation to the operating conditions of swivel pushers with a large side projection, they can only be used in their intended narrow scope. An attachment of conventional lifting forks for front load pick-up or the mounting of other usual attachments, e.g. Buckets, clamps, sideshift etc. are forbidden because these other attachments generally have smaller, sometimes internationally standardized, mounting dimensions due to their less critical load.

For the attachment of other attachments, it is therefore not sufficient to simply dismantle the large pivoting push device in order to allow the attachment of another, smaller attachment. Rather, it would be necessary to additionally remove the entire lifting slide designed to accommodate the large pivoting pushing device and to replace it with a lifting slide with smaller bearings corresponding to the mounting dimensions of the other attachments. However, this conversion would be too complicated and time-consuming for a changing multiple use of the forklift vehicle.

It is the object of the present invention to improve a forklift of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that a change from a heavy pivoting pushing device to other, smaller attachments and vice versa is possible quickly and easily.

This object is achieved by the features contained in the characterizing part of claim 1 and claim 2.

Since the vertical distance between the pivoting thrust device bearings is also large in accordance with the required large mounting base dimension, it is possible, for example, to accommodate additional bearings between them, the arrangement of which is matched to the smaller mounting base dimension of these other, generally lighter attachments. In this way, a lifting carriage can be used for the attachment of both large and small attachments without having to be replaced during a retrofit.

In another embodiment of the invention, only one additional bearing for another attachment is accommodated between the swivel push device bearings, one of the two swivel push device bearings being designed both for the attachment of the swivel push device and for the attachment of the other attachment. This arrangement means a further structural simplification compared to the arrangement described first.

In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that a mounting plate for the other attachment at least partially protrudes into the space between the pivoting thrust device bearings. One of the other attachments can be mounted on this mounting plate, which in turn is connected to the lifting slide via the additional bearings. Characterized in that the mounting plate is largely arranged in the space between the pivoting thrust bearings, there is also the smallest possible front dimension for the other attachments and thus the smallest possible lever arm for vertical loads acting on the other attachments.

In order to be able to use the stacker like a conventional forklift truck for operation on uneven ground, it is preferably further provided that the additional bearings for the other construction device are each designed to tilt this attachment around a horizontal axis. In spite of the rigidly arranged lifting mast, there is the possibility, for example, of inclining a lifting fork or lifting plate arranged on the front of the lifting carriage in a manner known per se, so that load absorption and operation on uneven terrain is possible. For this purpose, it is preferably provided that one of the bearings intended for fastening the other attachment is designed as a slide-fixed tilting bearing, while the second is designed as an actuator engagement bearing of an actuator, which in turn is supported on a support bearing of the lifting carriage. The lower mounting for the other attachment is preferably designed as a tilting mounting, and the upper mounting as an actuating device mounting. It should be pointed out again that, in accordance with the first exemplary embodiment described, one of the bearings for fastening the other attachments is formed by a separate additional bearing, but in the second exemplary embodiment described it is formed by one of the pivoting thrust device bearings.

When using a mounting plate for one of the other attachments, it is provided according to the invention that this mounting plate is mounted by means of the bearings provided for the attachment of the other attachment, i.e. separate additional bearings or an additional bearing and one of the swivel pushing device bearings, in such a way that it is also attached to the swiveling pushing device on Lift carriage can remain. Thereby the changeover from the large swivel pusher to one of the small attachments or vice versa is simplified again, since handling of the mounting plate is not necessary.

In the first exemplary embodiment described with two separate additional bearings, the swivel push device bearings are preferably each formed by a horizontal bar with bearing surfaces and fastening points for this swivel push device. The tilting bearing for the other attachment preferably comprises two horizontally spaced lifting slide-fixed tilting bearing eyes, a tilting bearing element of the other attachment or a mounting plate for this other attachment being mounted on each of these tilting bearing eyes, and that the adjusting device engagement bearing has at least one bearing eye on the actuator side and one bearing element mounted on this bearing eye on the other attachment or the mounting plate for this other attachment.

In the second described embodiment with only a separate additional bearing, it is preferably provided that the mounting plate represents one of the bearings for the swivel push device, while on the other hand it can be attached to a swivel push device bearing remote from the mounting plate. Of the two pivoting thrust device bearings, one, preferably the upper one, is formed by a horizontal bar and the other, preferably the lower one, by lifting carriage-fixed bearing eyes, on which the pivoting pushing device or the other attachment device is provided by means of bearing elements and, if appropriate, by means of a mounting plate which remains permanently on the lifting carriage is attachable. The additional bearing is then connected to the mounting plate, which in turn is designed for the attachment of the attachment.

It is preferably provided that the mounting plate is designed for the optional detachable attachment of the swivel pushing device or the other attachment.

The forklift vehicle 2 shown in FIG. 1 is of a conventional type and therefore need not be described in more detail.

At the front of the forklift vehicle 2, a lifting mast 4 designed as a telescopic mast is arranged vertically; it is rigidly attached to the forklift vehicle 2, i.e. it cannot change its inclination. A support frame 6 integrated with the vehicle roof serves to additionally support the mast 4.

A lifting carriage 8 is mounted on the lifting mast 4 in a manner known per se for height adjustment. The lifting carriage 8 carries a swivel pushing device 14 via two swivel pushing device bearings 10, 12 one above the other at a distance A. The distance A corresponds to the required mounting dimension for swiveling pushing devices and is determined from the greatest possible load torque which is achieved with a large load and large side outreach.

The lifting carriage 8 with the swivel-pushing device 14 can be moved upwards starting from the lower position shown with solid lines in FIG. 1; Fig. 1 shows with dash-dotted lines a further position of the pivoting pushing device 14, in which this move up to the end of the inner part of the mast 4 and this inner part is at least partially extended.

As can be seen from FIGS. 2, 3 and 5, the pivoting pushing device 14 comprises a base frame 16 which can be fastened to the lifting slide 8 and has two horizontal transverse guides 18, 20 which serve for the transversely displaceable mounting of a carrier cheek 22. At the front end of the carrier cheek 22 is the actual lifting fork 24 pivotally mounted about a vertical axis 26. As can be seen from Fig. 2, the lifting fork 24 can, for example, between the transport position shown with solid lines, in which it does not protrude over the width B of the forklift vehicle 2, by lateral movement of the carrier cheek 22 into a laterally protruding load transfer position 24 'shown in broken lines. are traversed at which the greatest load moments generally occur. By swiveling the lifting fork 24 about the axis 26, the forklift can be converted from the configuration described for right-hand outreach to a configuration for left-hand outreach; a continuous intermediate position of the lifting fork 24 is also shown in broken lines in FIG. 2 and designated by 24˝. If the lifting fork 24 assumes the transport position shown in solid lines in FIG. 2, the load 28 located thereon can be transported along the shelf aisle with the width C.

Das Anbaubasismaß A wird etwa durch den mittleren Abstand der Schwenkschubgerätslagerungen 34, 36 definiert.3 shows details of the arrangement according to FIGS. 1 and 2. The side cheek 22, which holds the lifting fork 24, which consists of a back plate 30 and two fork tines 32, about the axis 26, is in turn via rollers (not shown) along the transverse guides 18, 20 slidable. The transverse guides 18, 20 are part of the basic structure 16, which can be attached to the two pivoting thrust device bearings 34 and 36. The swivel pusher bearings 34, 36 are each formed by a horizontal beam attached to the lifting slide 8. The upper pivoting thrust device bearing 34 has a bearing surface 38 against which a counter bearing 40 connected to the basic structure 16 bears. A threaded bore 42 formed on the upper pivoting thruster mounting takes a screw bolt 44 passing through the counterbearing 40 and serves as a fastening point for the counterbearing 40. The lower pivoting thrust bearing 36 also has a bearing surface 46 against which a lower counterbearing 48 connected to the basic structure 16 bears; a screw bolt 50 passing through the counter bearing 48 engages in a threaded bore 52 formed in the pivoting thrust bearing 36 and serving as an attachment point. The mounting base dimension A is approximately defined by the average distance between the pivoting thrust device bearings 34, 36.

As indicated in FIG. 3 and shown in more detail in FIG. 4, additional bearings 54 and 56 for the attachment of another attachment 58 are accommodated between the pivoting thrust device bearings 34, 36. The required mounting base dimension of the other attachment 58 is smaller than A, so that the additional bearings 54, 56 can be accommodated between the pivoting thruster bearings. The additional bearings 54, 56 could be firmly connected to the lifting carriage 8 in the event that a change in inclination of the other attachment 58 would not be necessary, and the other attachment 58 could be connected directly to these additional bearings 54, 56. The embodiment shown in FIG. 4, however, shows a mounting plate 60 mounted on the lifting carriage 8 via the additional bearings 54, 56, on which, on the other hand, the other attachment 58, here a lifting fork, is attached. The lifting fork consists of a plurality of fork tines 62, each of which grips over upper and lower claws 64, 66 arranged thereon, over the upper and lower edge of the mounting plate 60 and are thus laterally displaceably mounted thereon.

The lower additional bearing 56 is formed by tilting bearing eyes 68 which are fixed to the lifting carriage and which define a horizontal tilting axis 70. Tilt bearing elements 72 arranged on the mounting plate 60 are each mounted in the tilt bearing eyes 68. The upper additional bearing 54 is formed by the piston rod eye 74 of, for example, a hydraulic actuating device 76, which in turn is supported in a support bearing 78 fastened to the lifting slide.

As can be seen in particular in FIG. 3, the mounting plate 60 is arranged between the swivel pushing device bearings 34, 36 in such a way that it can remain on the lifting slide even when the swiveling pushing device 24 is attached. The front side 79 of the mounting plate 60 protrudes beyond the bearing surfaces 38, 46 of the swivel pushing device bearings 34, 36 only to such an extent that it does not impede the mounting of the swiveling pushing device 24. On the other hand, it is arranged in the free space remaining between the pivoting thrust device bearings 34, 36 at such a distance from the lifting slide 8 that a tilting movement about the tilting axis 70 is possible in the area defined by the two dash-dotted extreme positions of the other attachment in order to compensate for uneven floors.

Zwischen den Schwenkschubgerätlagerungen 80, 82 ist eine Zusatzlagerung 84 vorgesehen, die ausschließlich dem Anbau eines anderen Anbaugerätes dient.FIG. 5 shows an exemplary embodiment in which an upper swivel pushing device mounting 80 is provided on the lifting slide 8, which is only used for fastening the heavy swiveling pushing device 24 and corresponds exactly to the upper swiveling pushing device mounting 34 described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. A lower swivel pusher mounting 82 serves both for the attachment of the swivel pusher 24 and for the attachment of another, smaller attachment, as will be described below. An additional bearing 84 is provided between the pivoting thrust device bearings 80, 82 and is used exclusively for the attachment of another attachment.

The lower pivoting thrust device bearing 82 is formed by bearing eyes 86 which are fixed to the lifting slide and to which a mounting plate 90 is fastened such that it can be tilted about the tilting axis 92 by means of bearing elements 88. The front side 94 of the mounting plate 90 forms the bearing surface for the pivoting pushing device 24; A bore 96 formed in the mounting plate 90 serves to receive a screw bolt 98 connecting the mounting plate to the basic structure 16 of the swivel pushing device 24 and in this way forms a fastening point for the swivel pushing device.

The mounting plate 90 is arranged in such a way that it extends at least partially into the space between the pivoting thrust device bearings 80, 82. It can also remain on the lifting slide when the swivel pushing device 24 is attached. The front side 94 of the mounting plate 90 does not protrude, or protrudes only insignificantly, from the front bearing surface 99 or the front edge of the bearing eye 86, so that the mounting plate 90 does not hinder the attachment of the pivoting pushing device 24, as can be seen in FIG. 5.

The additional bearing 84 is designed as a control device mounting and comprises a bearing element 100 arranged on the mounting plate 90, on which the piston rod eye 102 of a hydraulic control device 104 engages, which in turn is supported on a support bearing 106 of the lifting slide 8.

To convert the truck from swivel-pushing device operation to operation with another attachment, such as device 58 according to FIG. 4, the screw bolts 108 of the upper swivel-pushing device mounting 80 and the screw bolts 98 of the lower fastening point 96 are loosened and the swiveling pushing device 24 is removed. The The other attachment 58 is assembled in the manner already described in connection with FIG. 4. The lower pivoting thrust bearing 82 becomes the lower tilting bearing for the other attachment.

The mounting base dimension A is in turn defined by the relatively large average distance between the upper pivoting thrust bearing 80 and the attachment point 96.

The space freed up by the elimination of the lower pivoting thrust bearing 36 according to FIG. 4 in the embodiment according to FIG. 5 is either available for a greater inclination of the fork tines 62 (see FIG. 4) or for components of other attachments projecting into this space.

The mounting plates shown and described in FIGS. 4 and 5 can also be tiltably mounted on the upper edge in a further embodiment of the invention, the actuating device then engaging in the region of the lower edge of the mounting plate. The mounting plate preferably has internationally standardized connection dimensions for the attachments, so that inexpensive, commercially available attachments can be used.

Quick-change hydraulic couplings, not shown, are provided on the lifting slide, to which, for example, B. cylinder of the swivel push device or other attachments can be coupled.
