Definitions
- the present invention firstly relates to a method of mounting floors in a shell whose concrete wall is erected by a continuous self-climbing formwork installation.
- shell used in the present application generally designates any structure with a closed cross-section, such as that of a column or a tower which may have large dimensions.
- the wall to be erected being produced by successive lifting operations carried out along the periphery of the structure until the desired height is obtained
- this known installation essentially comprises, on each face of the wall, means for the temporary fixing of working gangways on an already cast and hardened underlying part of the wall, formwork means for the next lift on said underlying part and climbing means suitable for producing a self-raising of all the gateways; as for the fixing means in question, they comprise series of uprights extending substantially in generally vertical planes and the lower uprights of which are anchored in the hardened concrete of the wall, these series being regularly spaced along the periphery of the wall , said uprights serving, on the one hand, to formwork holding elements and, on the other hand, for means of guidance and attachment of self-lifting mobile consoles supporting said gangways.
- Such an installation can be used in substantially the same way for the erection of hollow columns of smaller diameter but of highly variable diameter, as is that of the columns of the aforementioned platforms, and this with only a few adjustments, in particular as regards the establishment of gateways.
- the erection of a hollow column wall poses a specific problem, which is that the floors, which are intended to support various equipment, must be able to be laid inside the column during the very erection of the wall - these floors to be spread there as and when this erection - and this while the upper part of the inner face of the wall, at which part the floor must be fixed, is (like the outside face of this wall) occupied by the formwork, the uprights as well as the mobile self-elevating consoles and their walkways, equipment necessary for the continued erection of the column above the floor once installed.
- the essential aim of the present invention is to solve this particular problem.
- the present invention also relates to a continuous self-climbing formwork installation for implementing the method which has just been described in broad outline.
- the installation described at the beginning will be essentially characterized in that it comprises on the one hand means for the lateral transfer of third assemblies each comprising two neighboring consoles and their gateways, which makes it possible to transfer under a first adjacent assembly each third set after the latter has been brought down, by said climbing means, to a level lower than that of said first set, which makes it possible to set up the floor, and on the other hand means for lateral transfer of the first sets , allowing them to be transferred to the respective locations previously occupied by said third assemblies, after which said climbing means allow said third assemblies to be reassembled to the respective locations previously occupied by said first assemblies.
- the hollow concrete column wall during erection has been referenced 1.
- the amounts allowing the formwork formwork to be maintained, the hooking and self-gripping of the support brackets for the walkways have been referenced M1 to M5 on the inside of the column (assumed to be the right side of the figure), and M′1 to M′5 on the outside.
- the uprights are thus equally distributed in series of five on all the inner and outer edges of the wall 1.
- the lower uprights M1 to M4 and M′1 to M′4 are anchored in the hardened concrete of the previous lifts of the wall; in the figure, the uprights M5 and M′5, previously fixed under the uprights M4 and M′4, were assumed to have risen above the uprights M1 and M′1, respectively, to allow the next pouring to be ensured.
- the consoles hung on the interior series of uprights will be designated I1, I2, I3 ... I n they may be offset by half a distance with respect to the consoles of the exterior series of uprights (not referenced), as described in the aforementioned European patent n ° 108 697.
- the various uprights are provided with means making it possible to precisely adjust the inclination thereof, both in the radial plane and in the plane tangent to the wall 1, so to always be able to control the shape, the inclination and the thickness of the wall 1 during erection; there is no need to redescribe these means here, any more than the detailed constitution of the amounts, which differs only slightly from the amounts of the known installation.
- each upright comprises, to ensure the climbing of the consoles, four transverse broaching holes, which have been referenced B1, B2, B3 and B4 on the lower and inner upright M4 (these references can designate either pins or the holes that receive them).
- the brackets are developed in the form of metal structures with deformable articulated parallelograms, to follow the slope of the wall 1.
- Each console comprises two front main beams 3 and 3 ′ connected in an articulated manner, by support crosspieces, to rear secondary beams 4 and 4 ′; the brackets are reinforced by adjustable struts 5 and 5 ′.
- said support crosspieces carry three levels of work and / or storage bridges for materials or equipment, respectively P1, P2, P3 and P′1, P′2, P′3.
- the upper and outer gateway P′1 is widened, compared to the upper and inner gateway P1; it is also reinforced, and supported by an adjustable 5 prolong extension of the leg force 5 ′, so as to be able to possibly support the weight of a storage area as well as the weight of concrete carriages, a track (not shown) being provided on this P′1 gangway.
- the exterior console 2 ′ will be constituted in the same way
- its front side members 3 each carry a fixed bracket 6 equipped with a pair of support rollers 7 with horizontal axis, and at the same time serve as slides for a movable bracket 8, actuable for example by a rotary screw driven by a motor.
- the fixed bracket 6 is supported on the pin B2 and the movable bracket 8 on the pin B1, the lower upright M4.
- the sequences of autogrimping of the consoles involving in particular alternating supports of the fixed and movable brackets on the determined pins of the uprights, because they have already been fully described in the European patent cited above.
- the aforementioned support rollers 7 allow the fixed brackets 6 to take up the horizontal forces exerted on the console 2, and to transmit them to the corresponding main amount, in this case M4.
- the movable bracket 8, not being stressed in the horizontal direction, has no rollers; it only takes the loads parallel to the wall 1, during the climbing movement.
- the console carries, also at its lower part, a roller with horizontal displacement 11.
- FIG. 6a and 6b show the brackets 2 and 2 ′ and their gateways P1, P2, P3 and P′1, P′2, P′3 in the normal working position. It has been assumed that at location E (FIG. 6a) where it is necessary to lay a floor 13 similar to the floor 12 already laid lower and equipped, it is necessary, in this example, to use, internally (and externally) twenty series I1, I2 ... I n of consoles and uprights M5, M1, M2, M3, M4, and therefore as many sets of three gateways P1, P2, P3 and P′1, P′2, P ′ 3. It can be seen in FIG. 6b that the series of internal uprights and brackets are angularly offset by half a distance with respect to the series of external uprights and brackets.
- first of all the shuttering and concreting operations are interrupted from the inside of the wall 1, it being understood that these operations can continue, over a small height, from the outside.
- the gateways P1 to P3 of the second set I2-I3 are then deposited on those of the third neighboring set I3-I4, as are the gateways P1 to P3 of the intermediate set along I4-I5 on those of first set following I5-I6 and so on ( Figure 3).
- consoles 2 After having dismantled their bracing 19, the consoles 2 are then lowered from the third set I3-I4, to bring them into the position referenced 2a, as visible in FIGS. 4, 7a and 7b, position for which the bracing 19 is put back in place.
- connection between the uprights M1 and M2 is removed, and the brackets 2 are lowered to their lower level 2a by successively adding additional uprights under the lower uprights M4 and using, in the direction of descent , the climbing system with fixed and mobile consoles 6 described above, the upper uprights M5 and M1 remaining in place on the wall 1.
- the last uprights thus posed for the descent have been referenced Mn + 1 in FIG. 4.
- side transfer carriages 14 are mounted instead of uprights, suitable for running on lateral skid rails made of stamped sheet metal 15, which are fixed to the wall 1 by fixing shoes 16.
- 17 and 18 there is also shown, in FIG. 4, a front spout and a back spout, which make it possible to proceed with mounting, then disassembly, of the shoes 16 and of the rails 15, as and when the shifting takes place. from the third set I3-I4 to the left of Figure 4.
- the third assembly I3-I4 is shifted to the left (see also arrow F in FIG. 7b), until its consoles arrive in the position referenced 2b in FIG. 5, for which they are exactly in alignment consoles 2 of the first set I1-I2, which has not yet moved.
- brackets and their walkways can be brought back to the normal working position, to continue the erection of the wall 1 until the next floor.
- rollers 9 of the brackets 2 are retracted and they take up a bearing support on the wall 1 thanks to their rollers 11.
- FIGS. 11a to 11e For the detail of the positioning of the carriages 14 or 14 ′ which must ensure the lateral transfer of the consoles, reference should be made to FIGS. 11a to 11e.
- the rails 15 are then put in place on the wall 1, except in line with the consoles 2, continuity being ensured at this level (at each end of the carriage 14 ′) by special shoes 30 fixed to the wall 1 (see also figures 12 to 14) and allowing the vertical passage, on either side, of the two arms 6a of the fixed bracket 6.
- a temporary radial tensioner 21 is then fixed to the pin B1 of the upright M3 to retain the console 2, and therefore resume the horizontal force in the radial direction of the fixed bracket 6, which is then made free of force in this direction.
- the rails 15 for lateral movement are then connected to the special shoes 30, to ensure, at the top and at the bottom, the continuity of the lateral raceway of the 14 ′ transfer cart.
- the roller 9 of the lower support of the console 2 is moved away from the wall 1, in order to transfer the support forces on the wall to the horizontal rolling roller 11, as already indicated above, as a result of which the lateral displacement of the consoles 2 of the assembly considered, carried by the carriages 14 ′, can be carried out on the rails 15.
- Figures 12 to 14 show the embodiment of the carriages 14 or 14 ′. They comprise a body formed by a box of pressed sheet metal 29 having two wings on which the rollers 7 of the fixed brackets 6 bear. These carriages have at their lower part horizontal support rollers 25, 26, and rollers of vertical support 27; at their upper part, horizontal support rollers 28. These are guided by an iron 31 in U of the upper shoe 30, while at the bottom, the horizontal guidance is provided by the roller 25 which can be brought into support on the wall 1, and by the roller 26, which can bear on a vertical wing 32 of the lower shoe 30, the continuity of these guides being then ensured by the rails 15.
