- Dispensing casing for solidified products (22), comprising a tubular body (1) provided with a piston (9) and closed by a removable cover (5), said piston (9) delimiting an opening (11a) for introduction of the product (22) filling at least an inner chamber (2, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) of said body, and closing means (17a, 21, 24, 28, 29)being provided for preventing the product (22) from flowing out after having filled the chamber (2), characterizing in that the piston (9) is provided substantially at the median portion and is prolongated downwardly by a sheath (12) having a threading (13) meshing with at least one thread (14) of the body (1) as well as with driving fingers or ribs (16) of a cupel (17) connected to the body (1) by a snap-ring (18) and accessible from the outside of said body for driving said sheath (12) and pistocausing extraction of the filling product or material (22), a sealing member (19, 21, 28, 29) being provided for connecting the sheath (12) to the cupel (17).
- Casing according to claim 1, characterized in that the piston (9) comprises retaining protrusions (10) for the filling product(s) or material(s) (22), in particular an undercut wall.
- Casing according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the inner wall (8) of the cover (5) is smooth and defines a cylinder or a truncated cone, the tightness with the body (1) being provided by a flexible lip (36) bearing against the inner or outer wall of said body (1).
- Casing according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing member between the sheath (12) and the cupel (17) is made of a thin lip (28) provided with a segment (29) formed by the cupel (17) and resiliently pressed against the outer wall of a flange (15) which is part of the body (1) and protrudes inside the latter by defining at least one internal screw thread (14) in mesh with the threading (13) of the sheath (12) that the piston (9) comprises.
- Casing according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by a plug (24) for closing a hole (11a) provided in the bottom of the piston (9).
- Casing according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the cupel (17), which includes actuation fingers or ribs (16), is guided inside the body (1) which is formed with at least one opening (6) for its actuation.
- Casing according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the portion of the cupel (17) which is accessible through the opening (6) is knurled or made rough in any other way.
- Casing according to one of claims 1 and 6, characterized in that the cupel (17) which comprises the actuation fingers or ribs (16) forms a knurled knob (171) in alignment with base of the body (1).
- A casing according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the body (1) defines a groove or notch (19, 25) for guiding the end of the cupel (17) which is close to the driving fingers or ribs (16).
- Casing according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the thread (14) forming an internal screw thread in the body (1) receives directly the threading (13) of a sheath (12), said sheath containing a plug (24) formed at the end of a cupel (17₁).
- Casing according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the thread (13) of the sheath (12) is knurled or made rough on its surface.
- Casing according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the piston (9) is threaded and meshes with the internal screw thread (2) formed in the portion of the body (1) which extends between the piston and the cover (5).
- Casing according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the inner wall of the body (1) and the inner wall of the cover (5) are in alignment.
- Casing according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the bottom of the piston (9) is made of lugs (11₁) defining between themselves an opening (11a) in the shape of a spider.
- Casing according to one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the sheath (12) is guided by ribs (16) engaged inside grooves (30) formed in said sheath and inside beads (31) that it defines.
- Casing according to one of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the spider-shaped opening (11a) of the piston defines a passage for temporary putting in position a wall (34) or tube (35) defining several chambers (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), of which one at least is filled with a filling product or material which is hardened prior to removal of said wall or tube and prior to filling of the space left free with at least one second filling product or material.
- Casing according to one of claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the filling of at least one of the chambers (2, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) is made in a mould (32).
- Casing according to one of the claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the filling of at least one of the chambers (2, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) is made directly in the body (1) provided with its cover (5).
