Claims (10)

1.- Dispositif d'emballage comprenant une machine à former les sachets pour la fabrication de sachets destinés à être remplis d'un produit, à partir d'une bande de matériau d'emballage (5) qui est introduite dans la machine à former les sachets (1) par un dispositif d'alimentation (2), le dispositif d'alimentation (2) comprenant un système (9) d'entraînement de la bande et au moins un poste de façonnage (6;7), ainsi qu'un dispositif de sectionnement (10) dans lequel la bande de matériau d'emballage (5) est découpée en segments de bande, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (2) présente, dans la région de la bande de matériau d'emballage (5) non pliée, un dispositif de contrôle (8) pour la détection de défauts dans le matériau d'emballage, et en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation comprend des moyens de déviation qui, en présence d'un défaut de la bande de matériau d'emballage (5) non pliée, détournent dans une position de mise au rebut le début d'un segment de bande non plié qui arrive, avant l'actionnement du dispositif de sectionnement (34, 44, 54).
2.- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, pour la commande des moyens de déviation, un circuit auxiliaire auquel est appliqué le signal de sortie du dispositif de contrôle.
3.- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 au 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déviation sont constitués par une lame de guidage (281; 55).
4.- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la lame (281) est pivotante.
5.- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déviation comprennent, outre la lame de guidage (55), une buse soufflante (57).
6.- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déviation sont constitués par un cylindre aspirant (35, 45).
7.- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déviation se trouvent dans un poste de mise au rebut (11) dans lequel peut être placé un récipient de mise au rebut (284; 36; 46; 56).
8.- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le circuit auxiliaire comporte un générateur d'impulsions (61) qui émet une impulsion de décalage par segment de bande.
9.- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, en tant que poste de façonnage, un dispositif d'application de colle (6; 21, 22).
10.- Procédé de fonctionnement d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un segment de bande défectueux est détaché de la bande de matériau d'emballage (5), après que le début du segment de bande a été détourné dans la position de mise au rebut.
