Abstract

Claims (7)

1. Récipient d'emballage facile à ouvrir, comportant une partie arrachable (14) définie par des lignes d'affaiblissement (12, 13) séparables de la paroi (4) du récipient, partie arrachable dont l'amorce (15) est reliée à une patte de préhension, récipient caractérisé en ce que la partie (20, 20′, 20˝) qui forme la patte de préhension est également réalisée sous forme de soupape de sécurité qui ferme un passage (16, 27) de la paroi (4) du récipient d'emballage.
2. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie qui forme la patte de préhension et la soupape de sécurité est constituée d'une bande souple (20, 20′, 22˝) qui comporte sur le côté tourné vers la paroi du récipient (4), deux surfaces d'encollage (21, 22) s'étendant transversalement à la direction longitudinale et par lesquelles il est relié à la face extérieure de la paroi du récipient, l'une des surfaces encollées reliant le segment de démarrage (15) à la bande et entre les deux surfaces encollées entre la bande et la paroi du récipient s'étend un canal vertical (24) dans lequel un passage (16, 27) débouche dans la paroi (4) du récipient.
3. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure de la bande (20′) est complètement revêtue de colle et en ce que la couche de colle est inactivée au niveau de la poignée (25) et du segment (23) recouvrant le canal de soupape (24) par chaque fois une bande de recouvrement (33, 34).
4. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'amorce (15) de la partie arrachable (10) est reliée par la surface encollée (22) entre l'extrémité de préhension (25) et le canal de soupape (24) de la bande (20),
5. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'amorce (15) est reliée à l'extrémité de la bande (20) en regard de l'extrémité de poignée (15) non collante.
6. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par des lignes de rupture adjacentes à l'amorce (15).
7. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le passage qui débouche dans le canal (24) est une partie de la ligne d'atténuation ou du segment libre de l'amorce (15).
