Claims (13)
- Procédé pour le revêtement de feuillards continus avec une peinture en poudre, ces feuillards étant enroulés sur un rouleau de bande, le feuillard continu étant dévidé du rouleau et d'abord prétraité et séché, caractérisé en ce que la peinture en poudre thermodurcissable est appliquée, à l'état ramolli et à écoulement libre, directement sur le feuillard en mouvement et pressée sur lui à une température qui se situe au-dessous de la température de réaction du durcisseur, et en ce que la couche de peinture en poudre appliquée est ensuite portée par effet thermique à une température supérieure à la température de réaction du durcisseur et ainsi fluidifiée et répartie régulièrement et amenée à durcissement, après quoi le feuillard est refroidi et enroulé en un rouleau de bande.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'application de la peinture en poudre est directement effectuée sur le feuillard au moyen d'une extrudeuse.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la peinture en poudre à écoulement libre appliquée est répartie et pressée sur le feuillard au moyen de rouleaux.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'apport de chaleur nécessaire pour la fluidification et le durcissement de la couche de peinture en poudre appliquée est assuré par un rayonnement infrarouge moyen.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'écoulement du feuillard revêtu, une feuille de papier continu de séparation est enroulée en même temps que le feuillard.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, avec un poste de maintien et de déroulement de feuillard (1), un poste de prétraitement (5), un poste de séchage (8), un poste d'application de peinture en poudre (11), un poste de répartition de peinture en poudre et de lissage de surface (13), un poste de refroidissement (17) et un poste d'enroulement de feuillard (4), caractérisé en ce que le poste d'application de peinture en poudre présente une extrudeuse (11) pour la peinture en poudre thermodurcissable avec application directe de la peinture en poudre à l'état ramolli sur le feuillard (3) au moyen d'une ou de plusieurs filières (12), et en ce qu'il est prévu, entre le poste de répartition de peinture en poudre et de lissage de surface (13) et le poste de refroidissement (17), un poste de post-traitement et de durcissement (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, entre le poste de prétraitement (5) et le poste de séchage (8), des rouleaux exprimeurs (7) pour éliminer l'eau de surface.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le poste de prétraitement (5) présente une chambre de passage avec buses de projection (6), qui peuvent être raccordées au choix à une source de liquide de nettoyage ou de traitement et à une source de liquide de rinçage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le poste de séchage (8) présente une chambre de passage avec radiateurs à rayons infrarouges (9) et buses de projection d'air (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'extrudeuse (11) présente une filière plate (12) qui débouche directement au-dessus de la bande (3) en mouvement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'extrudeuse (11) présente plusieurs filières disposées les unes à côté des autres, et qui débouchent directement au-dessus du feuillard (3) en mouvement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le poste de répartition de peinture en poudre et de lissage de surface (13) présente au moins une paire de rouleaux (14), les rouleaux situés de manière opposée pressant des deux côtés sur le feuillard (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le poste de post-traitement et de durcissement (15) présente une chambre de passage avec radiateurs à rayons infrarouges (16).
