Claims (1)

Ventilierte Filtercigaretten mit vorherrschendem "American-Blend"-­Geschmack auf Basis von ausschließlich Virginia-Tabaksorten, deren Hauptstromrauch ein Kondensat/Nikotin-Verhältnis von 5:1 bis 9:1 bei einem Kondensatwert nach DIN 10240 von höchstens 10 mg, einen pH-Wert von über 6,0 und einen Schadstoffindex (SI) nach Herzfeld unter 35 aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombi­nation der Merkmale, daß
a) der Fülltabak aus praktisch reinem naturbelassenen Virgi­nia-Tabak ohne geschmacksverändernde Zusätze mit einem ho­hen Nikotingehalt, bezogen auf die Trockensubstanz, von 2 bis 3,5 Gew. % besteht,
b) die Packungsdichte des Fülltabaks 150 bis 250 mg/cm³ be­trägt,
c) das Cigarettenpapier eine Luftdurchlässigkeit von 3 bis 20 CORESTA-Einheiten nach DIN/ISO 2965 besitzt,
wobei die Merkmale a) bis c) derart ausgewählt sind, daß der ge­fertigte Strang im üblichen Härte/Haptik-Bereich von 1,9 bis 2,5 mm ET liegt und daß
d) der Filter ein mit üblichen Härtern versehener feintitriger Celluloseacetatfilter ohne geschmacksverändernde Zusätze ist und
i) einen Einzeltiter von 1,3 bis 2,5 Denier bzw. 1,44 bis 2,77 d tex,
ii) einen auf diesen abgestimmten Gesamttiter von vorzugsweise 40.000 bis 55.000 Denier im besonderen jedoch in der Höhe besitzt, daß sich ein Zugwiderstand von 95 bis 160 daPa bei 21 mm Länge und 7,8 mm Durchmesser ergibt, und
iii) die Beiluftzufuhr auf einen Filterventilationsgrad von 20 bis 45 % eingestellt ist, und daß
e) die Filtercigarette einen Endzugwiderstand von 100 bis 160 daPa besitzt.
