Description

The invention relates to a transport and / or storage container for liquids and for fine-particle bulk material with an outer jacket made of a grid with horizontal and vertical bars, a bottom made of bent vertical bars of the outer jacket and an inner container made of plastic, which rests on the outer container as well as resting on the floor. It goes without saying that the lattice bars are designed as round steel bars and / or wires and are optionally solidified by heat treatment or cold working. They are welded together at the crossing points in the lattice network. It is further understood that the outer casing is generally bordered at its upper edge by a frame to which the bars are welded and which in turn is made of section steel.

In the case of a generic transport and / or storage container (GB-A-1 106 493), a solid base ring is provided, which should also enable the container rolling on it, If the container is moved with mechanical hoists, it cannot be excluded that it will fall out of the hoist if handled improperly. Then, in particular, the base area is loaded to a considerable degree. If the container is to remain dimensionally stable, the base ring must be very solid. This not only requires a considerable amount of material, but also leads to the fact that the forces introduced into the bottom ring are transmitted almost undiminished into the outer jacket, which in turn is already loaded by hydrostatic pressures and the usual forces.

In the case of the transport and / or storage containers known from practice, the bottom is formed by a special component. This can be the surface of a pallet made of wood or sheet metal, which is connected to the outer jacket in a special way. Pallet denotes devices which allow the transport and / or storage container to be handled by means of a forklift or the like and which are also suitable for erection and stacking. In the case of these known transport and / or storage containers, the base forms a foreign body which, although connected to the outer jacket, nevertheless affects the structural strength. If the floor belongs to a pallet made of wood, it is also a problem that such a pallet has a significantly shorter service life than that made of bars in the normal handling of transport and / or storage containers in modern logistics. outer jacket made of steel.

The invention has for its object to substantially improve a generic transport and / or storage container in terms of its strength and stability, so that it is not damaged and the inner container does not burst when the transport and / or storage container in practical use, filled with a possibly dangerous liquid, is manipulated and falls out of a hoist, for example. The container should be easy to manufacture.

This object is achieved in that additional rods enclosed with the vertical lattice bars of the outer casing bent into the floor plane, which have molded feet as pallet elements, are welded together to form the floor. - This makes the floor stable, but in such a way that it has sufficient flexibility so that the forces that occur are distributed as widely as possible under all loads and no local critical stresses occur in the bars. Because the additional rods have molded feet as pallet elements which are arranged in the edge region of the floor, the stability is significantly improved there. At the same time, the molded feet are also deformable and, in the case of extreme loads, prevent the bars from being subjected to a supercritical load, particularly in the edge region of the floor.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in a version with a rectangular or square outline, the vertical bars from opposite first side walls of the outer casing on the one hand and the vertical bars of the remaining side walls on the other hand form the bottom from crossing bars that are welded to one another at the crossing points and in the end regions . The welded ends are conveniently next to each other. It is within the scope of the invention in this embodiment to place the enclosed additional bars on the inside and / or outside of the grid in the direction of the floor-forming bars and, of course, at the intersection points with other bars or parallel to them, preferably welded to one another point by point.

The invention also relates to a method for the production of the outer casing with a bottom for the transport and / or storage container from a grid with horizontal and vertical bars, a flat receiving basket blank with outer jacket parts and bottom parts being formed from the above-mentioned bars, the bending zones and seam zones, as well as the outer jacket parts are bent together to form the outer jacket and the base parts to the floor, and the lattice bars are welded to one another in the vertical seam zones, the bottom parts consisting of extensions of the vertical lattice bars in the outer jacket, the extensions bent to the bottom and welded at the crossing points are welded to the floor, as well as the enclosed additional bars, which have molded feet as pallet elements. In the vertical seam zones of the receiving basket cut, rounding elements can be bent onto the bars, which complement each other in the receiving basket, and then the cutting elements can be erected around the bending zone and the bars can be welded together in the area of the seam zones. In general, cut-to-size elements with a matching grid size of the bars will be formed from the bars, which have complementary bars at the seam zones, the complementary bars being welded to one another.

The transport and / or storage containers shown in the figures are intended for liquids and for fine-particle bulk goods. In their basic structure, these transport and / or storage containers consist of an outer jacket 1 made of a grid with horizontal and vertical bars 2, 3, a bottom 4 and an inner container 5 made of plastic. The inner container 5 made of plastic forms a bubble. It is equipped with a corresponding lid closure 6 and lies on the inside against the outer jacket 1, while also resting on the bottom 4.

In Fig. 1 has already been indicated and in Figs. 2 and 3 it is clear that vertical bars 3 of the outer casing 1 are bent into the floor plane and form the bottom 4 with horizontal bars of the outer jacket and / or enclosed bars 7. Show 1 and 2, the embodiment with a square plan. It can be seen that the vertical bars 3 from opposite side walls a, a of the outer jacket on the one hand, the vertical bars of the remaining side walls b, b form a bottom 4 of crossing bars 3, which are welded together at the crossing points and also at the ends . 2, the welds 8 that connect the ends have been indicated. The invention includes placing grid bars 7 in the direction of the bottom-forming bars 3 on the inside and / or outside of the tank as reinforcing elements and welding them. Also, on the one hand, the bent bars 3 and, on the other hand, bars 2 parallel to bars horizontally extending in the container casing can jointly form the bottom 4, which in this way and with the additional bars 7 provided can be designed as stiff and sufficient for all loads.

In Fig. 3 you can see the embodiment with a round plan. The vertical bars 3 are bent in the radial direction of the plan of the container. The enclosed additional bars 7 are circular and welded, on the one hand at the ends with each other and also at the intersections with the bent vertical bars 3. In addition, the bottom 4 has a circular recess 9. It can be seen from a comparative examination of all figures that the bent, vertical lattice bars 3 in the outer region have a radius which is adapted to the rounded shape of the inner container 5.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, the feet belonging to the invention on some of the additional rods have been omitted to simplify the drawing.

Fig. 1 indicates the embodiment as a pallet container for handling by means of a forklift u. Like. As well as for placing on a stacking surface or for stacking. Pallet elements 10 arranged below the bottom 4 are connected to the bottom 4 and possibly to the outer jacket 1. The bottom 4 can form the top of the pallet. They form attached feet. Enclosed additional bars 7 have corresponding base shapes. For the drop-proof embodiment of the transport and / or storage containers, the pallet elements are designed to be deformable in a case. At the upper edge of the outer casing 1 there is a stabilizing frame 11, with which the vertical bars 3 are welded.

The embodiment according to FIG. 4 is readily understandable with the reference numbers entered and explained above. It can be seen on the left in FIG. 4 that the additional rods 7 have molded feet which form the pallet elements 10. The molded feet can be fitted with stand shoes or skids made of wood, plastic or metal.
