Diese transportiert den Kartonzuschnitt 4 soweit, daß er mittig unter dem Formdorn 2 liegt. Unter dem Formdorn 2 ist ein Formstempel 6 angeordnet, der hochfahrbar ist und bei diesem Hochfahren den Kartonzuschnitt gegen den Formdorn 2 preßt. Dabei wird der Bodenabschnitt 7 des Kartonzuschnittes 4 nach oben durchgebogen, wie dies in Fig. 2 sichtbar ist. Gleichzeitig geifen am Kartonzuschnitt zwei Klappen 8 und 9 an, welche dessen Seitenwände um 90° nach oben umfalten, wie dies ebenfalls in Fig. 2 zu sehen ist.1 in FIG. 1 denotes a carousel, which is equipped with eight completely identical mandrels 2, each of which is assigned to a processing station I to VII. Claims (2)

1. Verfahren zum Aufrichten einer Verpackung aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt od.dgl., mit einem Bodenabschnitt und zwei Seitenwänden, die durch Siegelrandstreifen miteinander verbunden werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer ersten Stufe der Bodenabschnitt zwischen zwei Formwerkzeugen eingespannt wird und die Seitenwände nach oben um etwa 90° abgebogen werden, daß sodann von den Seitenwänden Stirnwände abgefaltet und mittels der Siegelstreifen verbunden werden, daß anschließend die miteinander versiegelten Siegelrandstreifen an die Stirnwände angelegt und dort festgelegt werden, und daß die von den Stirnwänden und dem Bodenabschnitt beim Aufrichten abgeteilten Zwickelflächen an die Außenseite des Bodenabschnittes angelegt und dort festgelegt werden.1. Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einem Karussell (1) mehrere Formdorne (2) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils einer Bearbeitungsstation (I bis VII) zugeordnet sind, wobei in der ersten Bearbeitungsstation (I) der Kartonzuschnitt (4) von einem Vorratsstapel (5) zugeführt und zwischen dem Formdorn (2) und einem darunter angeordneten Formstempel (6) mit einem Hohlboden versehen wird und gleichzeitig die beiden Seitenwände um 90° nach oben umgefaltet werden, daß in der zweiten Bearbeitungsstation (II) vier drehbar gelagerte Klappen (10,11) vorgesehen sind, welche die Stirnwände von den Seitenwänden abfalten und dabei die Siegelrandstreifen aufeinanderlegen, daß in der dritten Bearbeitungsstation (III) Siegelwerkzeuge (12,13) vorgesehen sind, welche die Siegelrandstreifen miteinander versiegeln, daß in der vierten Bearbeitungstation (IV) Spritzdüsen (14) zum Auftragen von Hotmelt od.dgl. auf die Siegelrandstreifen oder deren Ansätze vorgesehen sind, daß in der fünften Bearbeitungsstation (V) zwei drehbar gelagerte Klappen (15) vorgesehen sind, welche die Siegelrandstreifen an die Stirnwände anlegen, daß in der sechsten Bearbeitungsstation (VI) Klappen (16) vorgesehen sind, welche die Zwickelflächen an die Unterseite des Bodenabschnittes anlegen, und daß in der siebten Bearbeitungsstation (VII) die Verpackung vom Formdorn (2) nach unten abgenommen und auf ein Förderband (17) gestellt wird.2.
