Abstract
Bei Elektrofiltern zur Abscheidung von Flüssig keiten und/oder Feststoffen aus Gasen, insbe sondere zur Abscheidung von Flüssigkeitsnebeln und Aerosolen aus Industrie-Abgasen, bei denen die Niederschlagselektroden im wesentlichen vertikal verlaufend angeordnet und rohrförmig ausgebildet sind, besteht die Gefahr, daß es im Austragsbereich der aus den Gasen abgeschiede nen Flüssigkeiten und/oder Feststoffen zwischen den Sprühelektroden und den Niederschlagselek troden zu elektrischen Überschlägen kommt, die die Sprühelektroden verhältnismäß rasch zerstö ren. Auch bedarf es bei den bisher bekannten Elektrofiltern einer verhältnismäßig starken Dimensionierung der Niederschlagselektroden, um eine für den Betrieb ausreichende Stabilität zu gewährleisten. Gemäß der Erfindung wird demge genüber ein von Überschlägen zwischen der Sprühelektrode und der Niederschlagselektrode freies Elektrofilter hoher Stabilität dadurch erreicht, daß die Niederschlagselektroden (2, 13) wenigstens an den unteren Enden (5) trich terförmig erweitert ausgebildet und zu einer in sich geschlossenen Raumeinheit zusammengefaßt sind.
