Abstract
Zyklonabscheider mit einem im oberen Abschnitt zylindrischen Zyklongehäuse (1) mit in einer Radialebene desselben angeordneter ebener Deckelplatte (2), unter welcher am oberen Ende des Zyklongehäuses (1) entlang eines in diesem ausgebildeten Umfangsspaltes (3) ein Einlaufkanal (4) mündet, der sich mit seiner dem Zyklongehäuse (1) abgewandten Außenwand (5) entlang eines Spiralbogens erstreckt, an dessen radial äußerem Ende der Einlaufkanal (4) mit seiner radial inneren Wand (8) in die Wand des Zyklongehäuses (1) tangential übergeht und an dessen radial innerem Ende der Einlaufkanal (4) mit seiner Außenwand (5) tangential in die Wand des Zyklongehäuses (1) übergeht. Um die Einlaufbedingungen des staubbeladenen Gasstromes unter Vermeidung von Totwassergebieten und Druckverlusten günstig zu gestalten, steht der Einlaufkanal (4) mit seiner oberen Wand (9) am radial äußeren Ende (6) des Spiralbogens über die Deckelplatte (2) axial nach oben hinaus und verläuft entlang des Spiralbogens geneigt und läuft an dem radial inneren Ende (7) des Spiralbogens stufenfrei in die Deckelplatte (2) ein, wobei die untere Begrenzungskante (10) des Umfangsspaltes (3) parallel zur oberen Wand (9) des Einlaufkanals (4) geneigt verläuft.
