Definitions
- the invention relates to a fastening device for a rod or column inserted in the floor, which is composed of a tubular floor sleeve embedded in the floor and an anchoring plate surrounding the floor sleeve, the latter having a central opening that receives the floor sleeve and is designed to be vertically displaceable relative to the floor sleeve.
- the invention relates to the field of fastening piles or bars or columns which carry signal boards or other devices, for example laundry hangers.
- the prerequisite here is that these columnar elements can be reliably anchored in the floor, regardless of the nature of the respective floor.
- the fastening device essentially consists of a tube which is pointed at the bottom and is hammered into the ground. The corresponding rod-shaped element is then inserted into this tube.
- the disadvantage is that there is no guidance when the pipe is driven in, so that the pipe can run and then lie obliquely in the ground. With a soft floor, the pipe penetrates further into the ground due to the load to be borne, for example on softened terrain. For this reason, the use of a slightly conical tube is proposed, but this solution is considerably more expensive than an ordinary cylindrical tube.
- a device for setting up signs is known (EP 0 011 197), in which a holding tube is inserted into the ground with a tip, to which a sign can be attached using appropriate connecting means. So that the holding tube is held stable even on soft or softened ground, a horizontal holding disc is attached to the top of the holding tube, which is reinforced by axially extending webs. However, it is disadvantageous that the same can also run obliquely when the holding tube is driven in. In addition, the holding tube can practically only be driven in until the holding disc lies on the floor.
- Another pile fastening device is known (DE-PS 24 50 892), in which a plate-shaped pile holding device is used, which is not connected to the pile but only guides the pile.
- a number of downwardly directed, axially extending pins are arranged on the plate and form an anchorage of the plate in the floor.
- the disadvantage here is that if the ground is soft or softened, the pile can sink further into the ground, since it is only guided by the plate but not held.
- the anchoring of the pile is strengthened by the use of the holding plate equipped with the holding pins, but the plate rises above the floor by using a dome attached to the plate and thus represents an obstacle.
- the invention comes in, which is based on the object of further developing a fastening device of the type described at the outset in such a way that the ground sleeve to be driven into the ground is guided and stabilized by an anchoring plate, but if the softened ground is soft, it cannot penetrate further into the ground.
- Another object is that the ground sleeve to be driven into the ground can be driven into the ground at different depths, but cannot penetrate further into the ground even if the ground is soft or softened.
- the ground sleeve is provided with at least one bead which is arranged on the outer circumference and which at least partially has a diameter which is larger than the diameter of the opening of the anchoring plate.
- the further object is achieved in that a plurality of rows of beads arranged at a distance are provided and the anchoring plate has recesses at the edge of the opening, which enable the beads of the base sleeve to pass through.
- the fastening device shown in FIG. 1 essentially consists of a ground sleeve 1 and an anchoring plate 2.
- the ground sleeve 1 is essentially a circular cylindrical tube which is hammered into the ground 3.
- the anchor plate 2 is also buried in the material of the base 3 and covered so that it is not visible. Of course, however, the anchoring plate 2 can also be arranged on the surface of the floor 3.
- the ground sleeve 1 has a tip 5 provided with cutting edges 4 on the underside.
- axial slots are provided at the pipe end and the intermediate wall sections 6 are deformed such that they form the cutting edges 4 at the pipe end in a conical fashion. This does not result in a completely closed tip, so that any liquid that penetrates into the interior of the base sleeve 1 can seep into the base 3.
- a protruding bead 10 is formed on the outer circumference, which forms a shoulder with which it can be supported on the anchoring plate 2.
- the bead 10 does not need to extend around the entire outer circumference of the ground sleeve 1, but it is sufficient if only individual bead parts are provided on the circumference.
- the anchoring plate 2 see also FIGS. 2 and 3, has a central opening 11, in which the ground sleeve 1 is guided with a slight sliding fit.
- the anchoring plate 2 is formed from a piece of sheet metal and has an essentially circular shape.
- the anchoring plate 2 has an axially extending, circular-cylindrical collar 12.
- the Flanges 14 which extend axially, are at least partially formed on the outer circumference of the anchoring plate 2. Because the flanges 14 are provided with inclined edges 15, the flanges 14 can be introduced more easily into the base 3.
- the anchoring plate 2 can also be made of concrete; in this case, holes 16 are omitted.
- This anchor plate cannot be hammered into the ground like the metal anchor plate. In this case, it is expedient to excavate a small pit and insert the anchoring plate 2, but with the flange 14 directed towards the floor surface.
- the anchor plate 2 can also be made of plastic. But even in this case, it must be buried, especially in the case of a hard floor 3.
- the ground sleeve 1 see FIG. 1, has an inwardly formed annular bead 17 between the tip 5 and the bead 10, by means of which the ground sleeve 1 is stiffened.
- a threaded sleeve 13 is inserted into the base sleeve 1, which is also hollow and is used to hold a column, for example a clothes horse.
- the depth of penetration of the column can be limited by a base 18 inserted into the base sleeve 1.
- another part can also be used; however, it can also be omitted. This is of no importance for the function of the fastening device.
- FIG. 4 and 5 a further fastening device is shown, which represents a further development of that of FIG. 1.
- This fastening device is also composed of the ground sleeve 1 and the anchoring plate 2. 1, the difference is that there are 2 recesses in the central opening 11 of the anchoring plate 20 are provided, which are somewhat larger than the beads 10 formed on the base sleeve 1.
- the beads 10 are provided in several rows 19 arranged at a distance.
- the advantage of these rows of beads 19 is that the ground sleeve 1 can be inserted into the bottom 3 at different depths and still one of the rows of beads 19 can lay against the anchoring plate 2. All that is required for this is to slightly twist the anchoring plate 2 so that the recesses 20 are offset with respect to the beads 10.
- This arrangement of the row of beads 19 has the advantage that the depth of impact of the ground sleeve 1 can be optimally adapted to the respective ground conditions.
- the fastening device described is simple in construction, but enables use in practically any floor and can be adapted to the respective floor conditions.
- the ground sleeve 1 is guided through the anchoring plate 2 when driving in, so that skewing when driving in is largely avoided.
- the depth of impact can be chosen according to the circumstances, the anchoring plate 2 either being buried in the ground or being placed on the ground surface as required.
- the lateral guidance of the ground sleeve 1 is ensured by the edge of the anchoring plate 2 designed as a flange 14.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a fastening device for a rod or column inserted in the floor, which is composed of a tubular floor sleeve embedded in the floor and an anchoring plate surrounding the floor sleeve, the latter having a central opening that receives the floor sleeve and is designed to be vertically displaceable relative to the floor sleeve.
The invention relates to the field of fastening piles or bars or columns which carry signal boards or other devices, for example laundry hangers. The prerequisite here is that these columnar elements can be reliably anchored in the floor, regardless of the nature of the respective floor.
Fastening devices for such columnar elements are known in various designs. In the simplest embodiment (DE-OS 1 684 639), the fastening device essentially consists of a tube which is pointed at the bottom and is hammered into the ground. The corresponding rod-shaped element is then inserted into this tube. The disadvantage, however, is that there is no guidance when the pipe is driven in, so that the pipe can run and then lie obliquely in the ground. With a soft floor In addition, the pipe penetrates further into the ground due to the load to be borne, for example on softened terrain. For this reason, the use of a slightly conical tube is proposed, but this solution is considerably more expensive than an ordinary cylindrical tube.
Furthermore, a device for setting up signs is known (EP 0 011 197), in which a holding tube is inserted into the ground with a tip, to which a sign can be attached using appropriate connecting means.
Another pile fastening device is known (DE-PS 24 50 892), in which a plate-shaped pile holding device is used, which is not connected to the pile but only guides the pile. A number of downwardly directed, axially extending pins are arranged on the plate and form an anchorage of the plate in the floor. The disadvantage here is that if the ground is soft or softened, the pile can sink further into the ground, since it is only guided by the plate but not held. The anchoring of the pile is strengthened by the use of the holding plate equipped with the holding pins, but the plate rises above the floor by using a dome attached to the plate and thus represents an obstacle.
This is where the invention comes in, which is based on the object of further developing a fastening device of the type described at the outset in such a way that the ground sleeve to be driven into the ground is guided and stabilized by an anchoring plate, but if the softened ground is soft, it cannot penetrate further into the ground. Another object is that the ground sleeve to be driven into the ground can be driven into the ground at different depths, but cannot penetrate further into the ground even if the ground is soft or softened.
This object is achieved in accordance with the invention in that the ground sleeve is provided with at least one bead which is arranged on the outer circumference and which at least partially has a diameter which is larger than the diameter of the opening of the anchoring plate.
The further object is achieved in that a plurality of rows of beads arranged at a distance are provided and the anchoring plate has recesses at the edge of the opening, which enable the beads of the base sleeve to pass through.

- 2 is a top view of an anchoring plate with partially shaped, cylindrical flange parts,
- 3 is a top view of another embodiment of the anchor plate made of concrete;
- Fig. 4 is a side view of another embodiment of a fastening device and
- 5 is a top view of the embodiment of the anchoring plate of the fastening device according to FIG. 4.
The fastening device shown in FIG. 1 essentially consists of a ground sleeve 1 and an
The ground sleeve 1 has a
At the
The
As can be seen from FIG. 2, a number of
The ground sleeve 1, see FIG. 1, has an inwardly formed
This fastening device is also composed of the ground sleeve 1 and the
The fastening device described is simple in construction, but enables use in practically any floor and can be adapted to the respective floor conditions. In particular, the ground sleeve 1 is guided through the anchoring
